In order to promote the spirit of the constitution and to create a favourable atmosphere of law enforcement, respect for the law, compliance and use of the law, the changhing county tobacco authority organized the “sweet” volunteers to enter the retail terminal and conduct a constitutional campaign. Volunteers explain the close connection between the constitution and everyday life to retailers and the public in a language that is easy to understand by issuing constitutional information brochures, live lectures on typical cases and legal answers. At the event, volunteers not only lectured about the constitution, but also focused more on guiding people to understand their rights and obligations under the constitution, making them aware that the constitution is the fundamental law for safeguarding their rights and interests and enhancing their awareness and capacity to operate and defend them in accordance with the law。
Ii. The bi-prohibition campaign continues unabated, with safe and environmentally safe passage for the new year
In the run-up to the spring festival, in order to help local governments fully implement the twin-prohibited work of fireworks, in recent days the changhing state tobacco office has organized volunteers to walk into retail terminals to inform retailers about the contents of the double-prohibited provisions, alerting clients to the absolute prohibition of storing, transporting, selling and burning fireworks, and to the conscious observance of the twin-prohibited provisions, to work together to build a secure spring-prohibited line and to protect the beautiful blue sky。

Iii. Counter-frauding propaganda for money bags and securing security network
In response to the high incidence of fraud at the end of the year, the changhing county tobacco authority organized anti-fraud advocacy among volunteers and focused on increasing the prevention and detection capabilities of retailers. By issuing anti-fraud manuals, profiling real cases, exposing to retailers the techniques and characteristics of common scams, such as telephone fraud, cyber billing, false investment, and alerting retailers to strange calls, suspicious links and “no trust, no transfer, no disclosure”. At the same time, retailers are encouraged to pass on the knowledge they have learned to their families, friends and even to shopkeepers, to expand the radioactivity of anti-fraud propaganda, to work together to build a “consumer circle” of fraud lines and to create a strong climate of national anti-fraud。
