In order to further study the idea of chinese socialism in the new era of xi jinping, and to follow up on the 20 fundamentals of the party, the ministry of education's special programme for the study of humanities and social sciences (the study of china's specialist socialist theoretical system) has been notified of the following matters concerning the declaration of the work。
I. Declaration requirements
In 2024, this special task project focused on research on the philosophy of socialist thinking in china during the new era of xi jinping. The declarant must maintain the right political direction and focus on the issues, taking into account the focus of the study set out in the subject guide (see annex) and taking into account his or her research base and academic expertise. The title of the subject should be normative, precise and concise。
The subject subject of this task is “marxism/political education of thought”. Funding for each subject is $100,000, with a research life of two years。
The final results require the following conditions to be met simultaneously: (1) publication of theoretical articles in central major newspapers; (2) publication of academic papers in high-level academic journals; and (3) adoption of research and advisory reports by departmental ministries and departments。
Ii. Conditions for declaration
1. This special task is restricted to general higher education schools throughout the country。
2. Applicants must be able to actually carry out research and genuinely assume responsibility for and be responsible for organizing the implementation of the project; each applicant must limit the number of items to one, and the listed subject group members must obtain their consent and sign them, otherwise they will be considered as violating the declaration。
3. In addition to complying with the relevant provisions of the project management scheme for human sciences research in the ministry of education, the applicant shall be an on-the-job teacher with a technical title of a junior high level or above, capable of carrying out substantive research work as project coordinator。
The project shall not be declared:
(1) heads of various projects for the study of humanities and social sciences in the ministry of education
(2) persons who have been terminated for various reasons for three years and who have been withdrawn for various reasons for five years under the auspices of the humanist and social science research project of the ministry of education
(3) heads of projects of the national fund for social science and the national fund for natural science
(4) applicants for projects of the national social science fund in 2024
(5) applicants who have applied for two consecutive years (in 2022, 2023) to the ministry of education for general project of scientific research in the humanities and the social sciences without funding
(6) persons applying for other categories of projects in the ministry of education's general project for human and social scientific research in 2024。
Iii. Declarations
1. Higher education institutions under the ministry of education, in the provinces and departments where they are built, are schools, local higher education institutions are departments of the provincial, autonomous and municipal education departments (e. G. The education department) and other relevant departments/units of higher education are headed by the department of education (hereinafter referred to as the reporting unit) and are centralized and not subject to individual declarations。
2. The project was made available online. The ministry of education's home page (http://www. Moe. Gov. Cn/s78/a13/) ministry of education's platform for the management of scientific research in the humanities and social sciences. The reporting system (hereinafter referred to as the reporting system) is the only web platform for this declaration, and the system is the basis for reporting and the process。
3. Project online declarations have been accepted since 22 march 2024. The applicant may enter the filing system to download the application evaluation and upload it through the filing system after completing the filing system instructions and filling out the forms, without the need for paper declaration material. After the project has been published, two copies of the paper-based declaration with the signature of the person in charge and the member must be submitted to the school scientific research unit, room 322。
4. Funding for the project is in accordance with the scheme for the management of funds under the programme for the prosperity of philosophy and social sciences in higher education (2021] no. 285) uses and manages projects on an annual, scientifically sound and realistic basis according to the actual needs of the study and the range of funds spent。
Declaring units that have opened the platform's account numbers are requested to log in to verify updated unit information, with emphasis on verifying their own financial allotment account information, etc., and those that have not done so are requested to log in to the filing system, register the unit's information, set a password for entry, print an “opening account number request form” and stamp the unit's stamp, fax 010-58803011. Once approved, the filing system will be ready for operation。
6. The deadline for declaring schools on this project network was 18 april 2024 and was not accepted。
Iv. Other requirements
1. Applicants should study carefully the project management approach and previous projects of the humanities and social science research project of the ministry of education, with a view to improving the quality of declarations and avoiding duplication。
2. The project evaluation is anonymous. In order to ensure fairness and fairness in the evaluation, information on the name of the applicant, his/her place in school, etc., may not appear in form b of the application review or otherwise be invalidated。
3. The applicant shall properly submit the material to ensure that there is no intellectual property dispute. In the case of false pretences, plagiarism, etc., the three-year declaration is revoked as soon as it is discovered and the item is withdrawn and the criticism is communicated。
4. Declaring units should ensure ideological accountability, strengthen clearance of declarations and ensure that they are accurate and accurate, and improve the quality of project declarations。
