On 25 june, according to the ministry of education website, which promotes the healthy growth and comprehensive development of students through the implementation of the health-first education concept, the ministry of education issued a circular identifying the first 1075 schools, including the second primary school in the city of haiti, as the first national health school construction units, on the basis of the ministry's office's circular on the implementation of the national health school construction plan, the self-declaration of schools, recommendations for selection to the provincial education departments, expert group review and web publicity. Each unit has a construction cycle of two years。
The circular sets out three requirements for the construction of healthy schools throughout the country:
The first is clear construction objectives. Third is strengthening dynamic management. Provincial education administrations need to strengthen guidance and focus on demonstration leadership to ensure effectiveness.
