About regulating the reward for live webcasts

Views on strengthening the protection of minors
In recent years, the rapid emergence of new businesses via live webcasts has played an important role in promoting industrial development and enriching cultural supplies. At the same time, the lack of responsibility for the main subjects of the platform, the poor quality of the anchor, and the lack of performance of the reward system have become more frequent, leading to the intoxication of minors, their participation in reward, serious damage to their physical and mental health, and many social problems, which have been strongly reflected by the public. With a view to effectively strengthening industry norms for live webcasting and creating a sound environment for the healthy development of minors, the following observations are made in accordance with the laws and regulations of the people's republic of china, including the law on cybersecurity and the law on the protection of minors of the people's republic of china。
I. General requests
It is guided by the core values of socialism. It focuses on the protection of minors.
