I. Recruitment plan

Ii. Qualification for recruitmentConditions
(i) conditions for registration

3. 4. Education and professional requirements:

Iii. Recruitment procedures and methodology
Public recruitment is carried out in accordance with procedures such as publication of announcements, registration, qualification, examinations, medical examinations, study visits, identification of candidates to be recruited, etc., and is carried out by specific organizations of the huaikh daily newspaper under the direction of the department of public information of the city council, the municipal social services bureau, and the city secretariat, under the supervision of the municipal inspectorate。

2. Interview. 100 points. Based on the high-to-low order of the written examination, the list of candidates for the interview is established at the 1:2 ratio for the post of journalist; the list of candidates for the interview is determined at the 1:3 ratio for the video editor, software designer, accounting post, and the written examination appears in parallel with the last one and enters the interview. Interviews are structured to examine, inter alia, the expertise of the candidates, comprehensive analytical skills, language expression skills, emergency response capacity, etiquette。
Synthesis of achievements. The combined results were 50 per cent for the written examination and 50 per cent for the interview, with the combined results being the same, ranking from high to low。
(iv) medical examination.
