V. Related matters
1. Talented families may not apply for a subsidy for the purchase of a limited-priced house

3. Talented families may voluntarily choose a sub-household and receive a level equivalent discount for the purchase price; if the source of the dwelling exceeds the guaranteed area, the corresponding discount is not paid, but the price is assessed on the market。
