Public rental housing project

Under the terms of the regulations, the housing stock that has been occupied and is covered by the rental policy for low-rent housing is the subject of low-insurance, low-income housing, which is still carried out in accordance with the original rent policy; those that have been recognized by the relevant authorities as being above low-income are subject to the post-track rental policy。

Secondary-income households in urban areas can be subsidized at 40 per cent of the rent, new employment and migrant workers can be subsidized at 30 per cent of the rent, and the rate of subsidy can be adjusted periodically in the light of changes such as the standards of the municipal guarantee line and market rent levels。
