    The opening ceremony was attended by the president of shanghai teacher training university, zhuang, and the president of the board of directors of the society for early childhood education studies of the pacific rim. The deputy director of the shanghai city board of education, yang zhenfeng, presented the opening report on the theme " organizing every kindergarten in front of the home, caring for every young child to grow happy " , presenting developments in preschool education in shanghai, relevant reflections and initiatives to build quality pre-school education, and practical research to improve the quality of childcare。

    The congress held four keynote addresses, two international symposiums, 36 parallel sub-forums, two poster shows and one academic workshop, and invited national and international guests to visit five shanghai kindergartens to conduct a thematic discussion on the theory and practice in the field of preschool education in shanghai, with a view to exploring hot spots and cutting-edge trends in pre-school education, building bridges between the world and the mainland and contributing to the prosperity of regional pre-school education。
