Factors affecting career decision-making:
1. Professional factors: the profession of journalism is one of self-advanced professional training in systematic journalism theory and skills, a broad culture and scientific knowledge. The most likely thing to do for itself is for journalists. First, i believe that the most active in this profession can enhance a wide range of abilities, such as linguistic ability, interpersonal ability, resilience, and many qualities, such as hard work and hard work. Second, i think it would help me to understand society when journalists can reach out to all walks of life。
Personal factors: as can be seen from my self-analysis, my test results are: housekeepers — in control of the present, in order to conduct the affairs in an orderly manner. I myself am also very interested in management and want to see some development in management. In combination with my own professional elements, i think that i should be at the top of the media when i become a journalist. Objectively speaking, journalists are a “short life” profession, and no one has been able to do so for 10 or 20 years, and it is inevitable that journalists will choose a second career after that。
3. Social factors: in the current job market, journalists and executives are two popular professions, but media executives are still a relatively scarce profession. In the media, there are still very few high-quality and competent executives, and this is still a blue sea with very good prospects。
Iii. Gap between oneself and the target positions
The threshold of being a journalist is not high, but it is difficult to be a good and qualified journalist. Now i'm a freshman and have learned the subject of journalism in general, and in practice i've had several interviews and first experience as a journalist. However, there is still a considerable gap between the desire to be an excellent journalist who can be recruited by newspapers, television stations, etc. This gap is reflected in many aspects, such as pre-interview planning, interview selection, interview language expression, information selection, information collation and processing. In addition, computer technology is a bottleneck in my development. Being a journalist today is difficult to build on without hard electronic information technology. But i'm quite deficient in that regard. So, apart from the depth, the coverage of these soft indicators in interviews, i'm far away from hard indicators like technical operations。
Besides, i'm a very good media executive, and i'm a very strong resistance. There are very few books on management science, courses on management have not been heard by themselves, and there is little management experience. A position such as a manager is based on extensive management experience and has a weak management base, which has to be taken one step at a time。
Iv. Plan of action
1. For the second year:
1 strengthened study in specialized courses. Efforts have been made to acquire knowledge of the subject, including journalism theory, news history and practical application of journalism. Increase professional skills and build basic knowledge. Specialized courses are not allowed。
2 a collection of books, books on various aspects and knowledge of various areas of expertise. News interviews and writing sessions cover many areas and require a certain level of understanding across all walks of life in order to deal with people and things. It seeks to increase the cultural base by looking at books from other professions, especially from the humanities and social sciences. I'm trying to read 2-3 books a month。
Three to learn the computer. In the media, it is inevitable that computers are used and that they are used daily. Given the current weakness of my computer, more time should be spent on computer learning。
Management science has been chosen as its second specialty, and it has been refined. One story alone will not be the way out. The profession of journalism and learning is a basic requirement of the profession, but in addition to learning, it should also learn. Modern society requires complex talent, which should be multi-faceted, so that there is a competitive advantage in fierce competition. At times, they attend courses in management studies and regularly visit the library for extracurricular books in this field。
For the third cycle:
More than 1 participated in social practice, observed and thought. In particular, they participate in practical activities of exercise management and leadership. During the rest of the school year, they have been able to exercise their practical social skills and to observe and reflect on them. Paper comes to school at the end of the day and it is understood that the matter has to be done. The basis for learning had been laid for the previous two years, and it was time to use the knowledge that had been learned, which could only be seriously understood in social practice。
2 preparation for study. Post-graduate studies in journalism or management may be available, depending on the circumstances. Contacting with senior and senior students of the institute's specialties, preferably the target graduate students, for their contributions. The university chooses something that is more basic and has to study for a higher degree。
3. For the four-year period:
Study. If they do so, they go to their institutions to help with research, studies, etc.; if they do not, they go directly to the relevant establishments to find work, and they wait for their jobs to settle down, then they can study further and study at the postgraduate level in their respective industries.
