Strict implementation of high-temperature operating requirements. In the event of a forecast of high temperatures above 40°c, the employer shall cease to place workers in outdoor open work; when the maximum daily temperature is above 37°c and less than 40°c, the employer shall place the worker in open work for a cumulative period of not more than six hours, and shall minimize the length of continuous outdoor work, and shall not place workers in open work for a period of up to three hours during the maximum temperature of the day; and when the maximum daily temperature is above 35°c and 37°c, it shall take the form of shifts to shorten the hours of continuous open work for workers outside the home and shall not place workers on overtime。

Rational planning and layout of production sites, using good insulation, ventilation and cooling measures to ensure that workplaces meet the requirements of national occupational health standards; and the implementation of logistics services to provide workers with the necessary labour protection supplies, summer cooling drinks, health supplies and essential drugs, and the provision of no money as a substitute for summer cooling drinks or to prevent summer cooling beverages from covering the high temperature allowance. The heating allowance is paid in full and on time, as required. Actively expanding services such as the “union station” “driver house” to facilitate summer breaks for outdoor workers。
3. Occupational health checks for workers. In the case of high-temperature occupational disease hazards, day-to-day monitoring of high-temperature conditions is carried out under the exclusive responsibility of the person and the detection and evaluation of occupational disease hazard factors is carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions. Occupational health checks are organized for workers who are exposed to high-temperature hazards, before, during and after their departure, and the results are placed in the occupational health care records and informed in writing. The costs of occupational health checks are borne by the employer。
4. Strengthening high-temperature protection for key populations. High-profile groups of people, focusing on transport, logistics, electricity, construction, sanitation, public security, fire protection and those working in high-temperature areas with productive sources of heat, as well as new forms of employment, such as truck drivers, internet drivers, couriers and hand-outs, have increased awareness of their labour-related laws and regulations, implemented summer-control measures, improved working conditions and ensured the legal rights and interests of workers。
