I. The institute of public information and communication of nanjing university was formally established in december 2003. At present, there is a post for the award of doctoral degrees in journalism and a post for the award of master's degree in journalism. The academy has three departments: news

The academy has the institute of journalism and political studies, the institute of communication and social studies, the centre for research on network communication, the institute of film, television and culture, the centre for the research of city image communications, the institute for the dissemination of cultural images of china, the institute for the study of omei creative studies of nanjing university and the university of nanjing. Research institutes such as the kim media institute (permanent beijing); and educational research and academic platforms such as the nanjing university centre for the teaching of media (national level), the jiangsu province centre for philosophy and social science research (the research base for social analysis and decision support), the jiang wujin media think tank, the ministry of communication of the china south china sea research and co-innovation centre, and the china network communication research (csci source magazine). Seven doctoral courses have been completed: one in public foreign languages, one in public politics and five compulsory courses, including one each for two different directors (which may include their own mentors) in the direction of this secondary subject. 2. The foreign doctoral studies in china are conducted in accordance with the (provisional) regulations for the training and management of foreign graduate students in china from the university of nanjing. At least five doctoral courses are to be completed in chinese: one in china general, one in chinese (i. The basic course of postgraduate doctoral studies for four years, with a maximum duration of eight years; the basic course of study for straight students with a maximum duration of eight years. 5. The responsibility of mentors rests on the concept of student-centred development, which comprehensively reinforces the role of mentors as the first responsible person in the development of doctoral studies. The mentors are to effectively strengthen the academic ethics and academic integrity education of doctoral students, guide students to academic ethics and professional conduct, and truly reconcile the teaching of defunctism with the lycans, the teaching of knowledge and the dialectic of culture. The practical implementation of the role of mentor as the first person responsible for the academic quality of thesis, which must not be less than two hours per week to guide doctoral students. Actively supports the participation of ph. D. Students in high-level academic conferences or exchanges, both within and outside the country, with appropriate financial support as necessary. Priority support is given to criteria, performance appraisal, merit evaluation, etc. The process of development and the quality management system, in keeping with the principle of strict integration of the whole process management and the chain, achieve a full process management of the quality of doctoral and degree thesis. (i) access to post-doctoral education is comprehensive in the history of school history, security, thinking about politics, party-building, academic norms, training systems and career planning. Upon completion of the preliminary reply, the relevant material is submitted to the post-graduate teaching staff for filing and review of the pre-screening of the course, on the basis of the pre-responding vote (v) signed by the mentor。

Following the application for a defence, the completion of the applicant's curriculum and other necessary elements is reviewed by the postgraduate teaching management office, and the failure to do so is precluded from proceeding. 2. Paper repetition rate test. Following the application for a defence, the institute's postgraduate teaching management office conducts a test of the dissertation, which is sent to doctoral students and their mentors for the full text of the paper, with a repetition rate of more than 10 per cent. The doctoral students, under the guidance of their mentors, are required to revise the paper and, as a result, to determine whether they can participate in the defence. 3. In-house pre-trial. After the pre-qualification of the texts was co-organized by the instructors and the institute, the graduate students submitted a complete and anonymous version of the paper signed by the instructors, which was independently evaluated by three specialists in the relevant professional fields (not less than two of whom were highly qualified young and middle-aged national experts in the field) before being submitted to the institute for blind examination, and the pre-qualification of texts for submission to the institute for blind pre-trial examination

The expert review is submitted to the college for approval as part of the application for a degree. (vii) a dissertation shall only enter the defence stage if the examination of the dissertation meets the requirements of the defence, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the provisional scheme for the examination of blinding of ph. D. Thesis of nanjing university (rd 20193) and the rules for the application of the rules for the examination of ph. D. Degrees and the organization of defence (rd 20194). 13. Please submit the names of the respondent experts by their mentors and be approved by the academic council. The committee for the defence of dissertations of degrees consists of five experts in professorial or equivalent technical positions, of whom at least three are doctoral mentors and at least two are out-of-school specialists. The mentors do not participate in the committee. The secretary for the defence of ph. D. Thesis shall have a technical position or a doctorate above that of lecturer. The reply must be followed by a normative reply resolution. At the end of the reply, the students made a detailed revision of the paper in the light of the reply. (viii) the sub-commission on the evaluation of degrees, which is responsible for the organization of degree evaluations by the office of postgraduate teaching management of the institute of audit, reviews and votes on doctoral dissertations in defence, and submits the results of the voting to the post-graduate degree office of the institute for discussion of the award of degrees. (ix) the role of the “issue paper” as a practical follow-up mentor as the first responsible person for the academic quality of the paper. In accordance with the principles of scientific justice, innovation, rigorous screening, non-discretionary evaluation of outstanding degree papers recommended by mentors, the faculty's ph. D. Thesis was selected and recommended, as required by the school. The requirements for the selection of doctoral dissertations of excellence are: (1) the selection of the thesis, entitled the frontier of the subject, with significant theoretical or methodological innovations; or the achievement of certain breakthroughs in the field of cross-cutting subjects; or the achievement of greater social benefits or application value; (2) academic papers relating to doctoral dissertations, monographs with significant influence in the country and abroad, published, published, highly evaluated by peer experts and rewarded at a higher level; (3) following academic norms of the various disciplines, the thesis is well documented, reasoned and textually expressed accurately; (4) the doctoral thesis for blind trials, which cannot have a record of failure to pass; (5) the essays have not less than four a grades. The programme will be implemented from a doctoral degree level of 2020 upon its approval by the faculty's sub-committee on degree assessment, the graduate school and the school degree assessment board。
