The following technical measures and disposal programmes are designed to avoid major equipment damage, such as speeding, axle fractures, etc., as a result of the main car gate and the laxity of the routing card during the shutdown。

I. Measures to prevent impurities in the gate
1. Aircraft crew overhaul and pre-commencement requirements
(1) the equipment department's car industry conducts regular annual inspections of the main engine's car doors and of the retrofitting doors, using group size arrangements, mainly to enhance the oxidation of valve poles and high pressure leaking doors。
(2) valves fixation and static full switches test qualified (thrust test) with record desk accounts and curve analysis。
(3) the oil filtering units of the eh system shall be put into operation continuously before the crew ceases, and no fuel flow to the components of the reconciliation system shall be allowed until the eh oil quality is certified。
(4) increased monitoring of the quality of soda prior to the launch of the aircraft and, in the event of failure to meet the standards for soda, the need to enhance emission washing before being able to do so (the purpose of the pre-scraming test of the soda indicator is, first, to prevent rusting and erosion within the engine from affecting the flow segment; and second, to prevent the closure of the main valve and the decomposition of the valve)。
(5) the start-up process shall be carried out in strict compliance with the start-up requirements of the operating protocol, in order to avoid large temperature changes in all parts of the crew, greater heat stress and inconsistent valve and valve inflation factors, which result in carding。
2. Provisions in operation for the crew
(1) the operation of the crew shall be carried out with strict control of the vapour temperature up to the prescribed values to avoid high temperature corrosion from metals, while at the same time controlling the stability of the valve's entrance temperature, preventing large temperature fluctuations and reducing the generation and loss of the oxidation skin。
(2) eh oils are regularly tested during their operation, oil monitoring files are set up and purification units, filters are in operation, and the oils are processed on a continuous or regular basis to avoid erosion and carding of parts of the control and security systems。
(3) carry out active tests of the main gate, the retrofitting of the doors, and closely monitor the openings of the valves during the test, in strict compliance with the requirements, and in case of abnormality, should be dealt with in a timely manner。
(4) strengthen the quality monitoring of steam during the operation of the crew to ensure that the parameters of the quality of the soda are satisfactory and, when the quality of the soda is poor, appropriate increases in the number of active tests of the main gate and the retrofitting of the door should be made to prevent the saline of the steam belt from disguising the door pole and causing the cavity. (the long-term failure of the valves to conduct active tests, in particular the main gas doors, could lead to impurities, in a similar case, where a cold-leaved window at a plant remained open for a long period of time, with a low temperature one day at a time and a fogy weather, resulting in the failure to turn the blinds off, firstly because the blinds remained impervious for a long period of time, and secondly because the blinds were not moving for a long time, and secondly because they were frozen)
(5) in the operation of the crew, care shall be taken to check the correlation between the opening and load of the air doors and the changes in pressure following the air doors and, in the event of anomalies, to identify the reasons and try to eliminate them in a timely manner。
3. Decommissioning of crew
(1) when the aircraft is shut down, first the engine is primed, and the generator is de-listed using a counterpower protection action, and, in non-emergency cases, the generator is strictly forbidden to be de-listed before the engine is shut down。
(2) when the main valve is shut down, the main valve is opened in a timely manner to prevent the rusting of the various parts of the valve as a result of the main gate and the condensation of the front door (drive is complete, the wheel is smothered and closed after a two-minute period)。
(3) after the engine has been shut, the speed of the engine, the temperature of the upper and lower casks, and the high pressure inflate are increased and unusual changes are detected and must be reported immediately for disposal。

Ii. Ground class those programmes
1. Disposal requirements for excess speed in a motor after a crew jump
(1) when the engine turns faster than 3090rpm, opc refuses to move or moves abnormally, and the motor turns are still rising. When inspecting the engine at speeds greater than 3100rpm, protect the automatic lowering of 50% of the side and open the discharge of the pnv valve (not exceeding 120°c after control of the side and not exceeding 80°c in the low-pressure tank) (remark: the additional locks are: the engine jumps, the engine turns at more than 3100rpm, automatically protects the lower side at 50% and links to the pnv valve), otherwise it is opened manually; if the main gate is pressurized, the main card is shuffled and the pressure is opened at the same time; and the upper side is strictly prohibited in case of high-resilient or medium-regulated doors and the main door is not closed。
(2) large, small machines, immediately disrupting the vacuum, suspending the eh oil system and manually hitting the emergency security apparatus to inspect the main doors at once, switch the doors, pump the doors, electric doors, high counter-reversible doors and the engine's in-house water-drive valves, which are suffocated by the engine (but with close monitoring of temperature differentials on and off the engine's body, which should be opened in a timely manner if the temperature difference above or below 35°c is greater), or manually executed。
(3) when a vacuum has been destroyed, the main, reheated steam pipe is shut down。
(4) when the wheeling of the wheel is static, the wheeling device is put into place to identify the reasons for the impurity of the card, the reason being that the crew is not banned from starting。
(5) prior to re-launching, the gas doors closeness test, the opc hypervelocity, the mechanical hypervelocity and the electron hypervelocity test must be performed before they can be activated。
2. Disposal provisions for slow reduction in the speed of the engine after a crew jump
(1) an immediate inspection of the main doors, the rear doors, the pump counter doors, the electric doors, the high-reversibility doors are closed, and an inspection of the engine itself and the catheter water-draining valves, the high ventilating valves and their associated cooling water shall be opened, otherwise manually executed。
(2) if the engine is inert for more than 80 minutes, the pressure-relief measures shall be taken immediately; if the main main gate is under pressure and the main gate is under pressure, the high and low side road is under pressure and the temperature below the lower side is controlled, otherwise the pnv valve is opened; if the main main gate is under pressure and the main side road is under pressure, the low side road is under pressure and the temperature is normal。
(3) increased surveillance of temperature differentials and high pressure inflation differentials on, off, and off-board motors and detection of unusual changes must be addressed immediately。
(4) when the boiler goes out of fire, the tank water level will be high and the small machine and the electric pump will be shut down; after five minutes of blowout, the boiler will stop, the windmaker will run and the boiler will suffocate. At the same time, close attention is being paid to the currents of the air-preparators and, if they rise, they are immediately notified of their cooling ventilation。
(5) the wheeling engine is put into operation when it is static。
