The village of cao san is located on the south-east side of the town of gou and is connected to the town centre. It is located on the east side of the ancient highway. The land is located on the south side of the shagu road and the guangju town tracks. It is located on the west side of the ancient town with lights and a river of ecological wetlands parks. There are seven village groups under cao san, with a current resident population of 6261, or 1341 households, and an external population of 15,000. In 2024, the collective operating income of the village of cao san (which refers to the rental of industrial land and the rental of shops) amounted to over 68 million yuan. There is a full-time primary school in the bailiwick, four kindergartens, an agricultural market, five old-age halls and many leisure centres. More than 2090 individual private enterprises have been set up in the village of cao san, where they operate projects based on lighting, fittings, hardware processing, paper, printing, plastics, foams, catering, department stores, etc. Our village implements the twin-wheel-drive strategy of the town council “industrial state, trade and power towns”, focusing on major tasks such as the rehabilitation of inefficient industrial parks, the construction of ziwei base, the rezz light power project and the gas station project. In november 2024, the reis project was officially put into operation, and it is expected that the associated upstream and downstream industry will produce nearly $2 billion as a new landmark for the development of the light industry in ancient towns. In addition to adding value to our village's property, the land landing of the “work-reform” project directly activates commercial matching needs such as catering, accommodation, retail, etc. In the park and surrounding areas, creating a virtuous interaction of “business-driven and commercial production” that further boosts the internal dynamism and dynamism of the village's collective economy.
