Registration of medical practitioners:
The registration process is divided into two phases:
1. Online registration
Step 1. Candidates fill out personal registration information on the website of the national medical examination centre. When candidates confirm and maintain registration information, the system alerts “successful registration”。
Step 2. By mid-april, candidates will have access to the website of the national medical examinations centre and will be able to access and modify their personal registration information, using the “personal identification number” and personal password。
Step 3. After the examination has confirmed that the information has been filled in correctly, a copy of the " medical qualification examination and application form for medical qualification " can be printed。
Field registration
1. Specific registration notices for municipalities
Need to know: site identification, time of site identification, registration fees, registration materials, etc.), printing, photocopying of forms, stamping。
Take the materials and the money and check them out。
The material generally includes: 1) the original of his/her valid identification and a copy thereof. Traditional medical examiners who are or do have expertise in applying for the medical examination are required to submit the certificate of conductor of traditional medicine and the certificate of practice in traditional medicine and the certificate of qualification of doctors in traditional medicine who are and do have expertise。

3. Taking or submitting photographs at the site of some of the points of examination, collecting the candidates ' images in a uniform manner and paying contributions. Candidates who are unable to enter their personal information online for special reasons, who are provided with computer access to their personal information on the site of the examination, and who are then taken by the examination point. Registration requirements for training medical practitioners:
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the national law on medical practitioners, it reads as follows:
Article 9 provides for the possibility of taking the medical practitioner qualification examination if:
(i) up to one year of probationary service in a medical, preventive, health-care institution under the supervision of a medical practitioner with undergraduate medical studies and above
(ii) upon obtaining a certificate of practice from an assistant medical practitioner, he/she has completed two years of medical studies in medical, preventive and health-care institutions in higher education; he/she has completed five years of medical studies in medical, preventive and health-care institutions in specialized secondary schools。
Article 10 provides for the possibility of taking an examination for the qualification of a medical assistant in a medical, preventive, health-care institution after a period of one year, under the supervision of a medical practitioner。
Article 11 provides that, after three years of teaching, or after many years of practice, a person who has a proven specialty in traditional medicine may take the qualification test for medical practitioner or medical assistant medical practitioner, after being qualified and recommended by a professional organization of traditional medicine or by a medical, preventive, health-care institution established by the national health administration of the people's republic of china. The content and methods of examinations are developed separately by the department of state's health administration。
Qualifications for medical examination:
The registration of a medical examination is inadmissible if:
High school graduates in health professions
2. Graduates of the relevant medical and pharmacological categories, such as basic medicine, forensic medicine, nursing science, paramedical care, medical technology, and medical administration
3. Graduated from medical studies, but the curriculum and professional development orientation or certificate of graduation indicates non-medical orientation
4. Graduated from the medical profession, but the curriculum and professional development directions or diplomas certify that the degree is non-medical
5. A non-commissioned military officer who submits a probationary certificate from an army medical, preventive, health-care institution or enrols in the military for the medical examination
6. Military personnel in active service report on a probationary period issued by a local medical, preventive or health-care institution
7. Persons enrolled in a medical examination with a professional certificate or certificate of studies
8/ students from the secondary professional schools of health workers who were enrolled after 1 january 1999 submitted for the qualification examination for a medical assistant。

Special note
1. Is a clinical practitioner available in the curriculum
Medical adult education is not the basis for the medical practitioner qualification examination. Until 31 october 2002, however, there were exceptions for higher education for adults, self-study examinations, and medical education in the medical category for distance education at all levels of higher education。
Prior to 31 october 2002, medical qualifications obtained after graduation from the college of vocational technology and the college of non-medical health specialists in the medical field could be used as a basis for applying for medical examination。
2. Deadline for submission of examination and certificate of probationary period。
The probationary period for candidates for the medical examination ends on 31 august of that year. Candidates who have not completed their probationary appointment by the deadline are disqualified。
A certificate issued by the probationary institution that the probationary period has expired for one year and has been certified as valid for that year. Once again, the examination for medical qualification requires a second trial at a probationary institution and a certificate of qualification。
3. Can the clinical profession be applied to western and central medicine practitioners
Medical practitioners in the clinical category who have obtained a provincial examination, who have completed a specialty degree in chinese medicine recognized by the education administration or who have been systematically studying chinese medicine in the system for more than two years, or who have participated in courses in western medicine, approved by the provincial medical administration, and who have systematically studied the main course in chinese medicine basics and chinese medicine clinical subjects, may take an examination for the qualification of qualified medical practitioners in the central and western medicine category。
4. Is oral technology available for examination
This is not possible. The regulations on qualifications for medical proficiency examinations (2006 edition) stipulate that applications for medical qualifications are inadmissible for graduates of the basic medicine, forensic medicine, nursing, paramedical, medical-technical and pharmacological categories。
Registration time
The medical examination process is conducted in two stages, the online registration phase and the live registration phase, which usually take place in mid-february to mid-march each year, and in mid-march to mid-april. Specific reference is made to the point notice。
Registration time for practitioners online in 2012: registration time on the internet was 0900 hours on 27 february - 2400 hours on 15 march 2012 and on-site: 16 march - 6 april 2012. For specific matters, you can consult the office at the place of registration。
Examination time
The medical qualification examination is divided into two parts: the practical skills examination and the comprehensive medical written examination. The examination for medical doctor's qualification for practical skills is usually held from 1 to 15 july, and the comprehensive medical examination for medical qualification is usually held from september to october。
Qualification examination for medical practitioners: 2 days, 8-9 september 2012, 9-11. 30 a. M. And 14:00-16:30 p. M.

Conditions for registration
(i) the original and a copy of his/her valid identification. His/her valid identity card includes his/her identity card, officer's card, civil service officer's or soldier's card, a continental pass (poster, port, australian student) and a passport (foreign student)。
If, at the time of registration, there are special reasons, such as the fact that a valid identity card is being processed, the applicant may apply for admission to the examination on the basis of a certificate issued by the municipal and higher health administration, which is certified by the applicant's employer and is accompanied by his or her immediate and bareheaded photograph. A copy of the certificate is kept at the examination point for two years。
(ii) the original certificate and a copy thereof。
(iii) a probationary (or internship) period of one year has been completed and a certificate of qualifications has been certified by the examining authority。
(iv) if a medical practitioner declares an examination as a medical practitioner, he or she shall also submit the original certificate of medical practitioner, certificate of medical practitioner and copies thereof, the period of practice and the certificate of qualification. The workplace is a medical institution, and candidates are required to submit a copy of the institute's licence to practice their profession。
(v) traditional medical examiners who are or do have expertise in applying for the medical examination are required to submit the certificate of conductor of traditional medicine and the certificate of practice in traditional medicine and the certificate of qualification of medical doctors who are and are qualified for traditional medicine。
On-site examination of hong kong's non-continental candidates is in shenzhen; on-site examination of macao's non-continental candidates is in joohai; on-site examination of taiwan's non-continental candidates can be carried out at any of the mainland's points, in accordance with the principle of proximity and voluntariness。
