A full-blown project for dalai flower cultivation: from soil selection to conservation
Last winter, for the first time in my life, i tried to grow the da lixie, booking a bunch of balls from the internet. After a selection, i found ion viet's balls to be much more fresh and full, while the other shop's flower varieties were amazing. The following is a sharing of my planting experience:
About soil
I chose the land of the old gardener and added some pearl rock. The balls of the da lixie are the ones that fear the accumulation of water, which, once accumulated, can easily rot, so soil permeability is very important。
About fertilizer
Da lixie likes fertilizer very much. As long as the bottom is full and the summer flowers bloom, the flowers will be huge. I used chicken manure. Before planting, a layer of mud is laid at the bottom of the flower basin, then the fertilizer is spilled in and a layer of mud is laid. Watch the root and don't touch the fertilizer。
About the flower pot
Da lixie needs enough space to grow well. Land planting is the best option, but if it cannot, the plant can. I'm using three gallons or more, and it works very well. The milk coffee in figure 1 is grown in three gallons of pots that still produce 15 cm of flowers, and has been growing from spring to the present. The other trees are in five gallons, and they're very strong。
About the sprouts
This step is very important. Buried the balls in dry soil, suffocated with small sprouts and planted in large basins, which can significantly increase the survival rate. This process may require some patience and can accelerate the growth of chrysanthemum by including a layer on the flower basin。
About watering
The da lixie also likes water. Once sprouts occur, water can begin to be watered, and it can be long and fast where there is plenty of sunlight. It's too hot for this season to be watered twice a day。
About the bouquets
It is important that the flowers be trimmed in time for the flowers to emerge again and again. The timely replenishment of potassium phosphorus fat allows for greater flowering。
About pests
So far, i haven't had any problems with pests, and plants are very healthy。
It's about the wind
Because it's very windy on top of the building, and it's easy to fall back, so i put a stick on the edge of the flower pot. Remember, don't stick a stick in a stick, it'll hurt the balls。
Summary
That's what i've been sharing with my great flower growing experience. If there's any questions, please leave a message
