With more than 30 years of clinical work in the psychiatry, i've developed a wealth of experience in the use of medications, and i'm going to take stock of the usual psychopharmaceutical drugs used in the clinical field, so that you can learn more about their use
Let's talk about chlorazine

01. Role mechanisms
• disrupting dopamine2 receptors, reducing positive symptoms of mental illness and stabilizing emotional symptoms
• interrupting seroprevalent 2a receptors, leading to increased releases of dopamine in certain brain areas, thereby reducing the adverse motor effects and potentially improving cognitive and emotional symptoms
• interactions in many other neurotransmitters may contribute to the efficacy of chlorazine
• in particular, interactions with serostats 2c and 1a receptors may contribute to the efficacy of cognitive and emotional symptoms in some patients

02. Main uses
No. 1 malicious schizophrenia
For patients with other anti-psychotic drugs who are ineffective or unsatisfied, chlorazin is an important option。
No. 2 reducing suicide risk
Studies have shown that chlorazine has had a significant impact in reducing suicide rates among persons with suicidal schizophrenia。
No. 3 mentally ill persons with severe behavioural disorders
For example, in cases of extreme offensive or self-harm。
Adverse effects
Seized and sleepy: chlorazine has a strong sedated effect and may be exhausted。
[2] increased body weight: long-term use may lead to a significant increase in body weight。
[3] drying: there may be oral drying symptoms due to disruption of choline energy systems。
Constipation: may cause serious constipation and even enteric infarction。

04. Serious adverse effects
[1] particle cell deficiency (reduced white cells): one of the most severe side effects of chlorazine may cause damage to the immune system and increase the risk of infection. Patients who are chronically using chlorazine must undergo regular blood tests to monitor white cell counts。
[2] eclampsia: chlorazine may increase the risk of epilepsy, especially at high doses。
[3] cardiacitis and cardiac encephalitis: rare but severe side effects, manifested in chest pain, respiratory difficulties, etc., require immediate medical attention。
[4] low blood pressure: chlorazine is likely to cause direct low blood pressure, especially during the start of treatment or dose adjustment。

05. Medical care
[1] blood monitoring: the full blood count (cbc) is required on a regular basis, usually once a week at the beginning of treatment and every fortnight after stabilization. If white cell reduction or other anomalies occur, the medication may need to be suspended or adjusted。
[2] drug interaction: selective 5-oxylene re-ingestion inhibitors, such as flustine, parostine, may increase the concentration of blood tablets of chlorazine, leading to increased adverse effects。
[3] detoxification: the sudden suspension of chlorazine can lead to detoxification symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, insomnia, anxiety, etc., as prescribed by the doctor
Chlorazine is an effective anti-psychiatry drug, especially for persons with incurable schizophrenia. However, their side effects and potential risks require close attention from patients and doctors. In the course of its use, it is essential that medical instructions be followed and that the necessary inspections and monitoring be carried out on a regular basis to ensure the safe and effective use of the drug

The chief said something
For more than 30 years of psychiatric clinical work and for more than 30 years of psychiatric clinical work, the concept of a comprehensive intervention based on the concept of “middle west, two west, two body, two hands”, whereby western medicine helps people quickly control symptoms and return to normal living conditions, focuses on holistic management and addresses the root causes of the problem。
It is a way to amplify the effects and mitigate the adverse effects of the western medicine, with 1+1>2 effects in clinical terms. I'll keep you informed about psychiatry and help more patients and their families find out early, treat early, recover early
