Beyond the board, there are trend tickets and more people play. The selection of the trends unit, as well as the method of buying and selling, has focused on three books: livermore, stockworks, sporndy, the principles of professional speculation, weinstein, smile bear. It's all master-class classics。
If you don't have time to read, or if you're still confused about reading, especially when it's useless, i'll take you today to analyse the a-stock market, the usual trends, and how to trade。
I. Trends in decline
It's a middle-level electrical graph. At the end of 2021, stock prices continued to fall from $40 to $12, with knees and ankles cut。
Why did the stock price drop? I don't usually go into the reasons. In particular, at the beginning of the decline, the fundamentals did not see any problem, and many of the dispersed households mistakenly assumed that it was just an adjustment and an opportunity to get on board。
I rarely do basic analysis, because we don't have the information advantage to take stock of the past, which is self-deception. Stock prices are beginning to fall, and it must be institutional and large-scale funding being sold, with policy and information advantages, access to corporate research, communication with management, business layout and product sales, and advance knowledge by the research team of performance points and risks。
The stock price is falling. Don't look for support. Middle electrical, too, was at a low point at the end of last year when it fell close to $20, creating a technical support position where stock prices hovered for four months and where performance was still growing. If you feel the stock price is at its bottom, you fall and you don't see any problems, you buy it in. When they fell back to the supporting position, they managed to get their share price back up. The consequences are unconscionable。
In a word, in the fall, don't look at basics, don't look for support, let alone foundations. Far from such a trend, much less pain and trouble will come。
Ii. Quantification breakthroughs
This is the trend for chinese silver securities. In march 2022, the stock price fell from a high of $40 to around $10, and was also cut in the waist and knees. Then, in march-april, there was a sharp rise in the bottom, breaking the 60-day mean station, breaking the bottom zone and the previous high point. After adjustment, the attack was again carried out in june。
A lot of classic books, and a lot of technologists tell us that bottom break is the best time to buy. Because a lot of bulls and demons have a bottom break. But in all these years of trading, too much of the quota went through and fell back. Quantified, buy-in leads to less than 20 per cent of the chances of successful cattle eating meat. Most of them are fake breakthroughs。
In may of this year, chinese and chinese securities were launched at the bottom, breaking through the bottom plate. As a result, it fell back into place. This false breakthrough is not the result of funds intended. Instead, at that moment, there was a great deal of good and money went to buy. After some time, however, it was observed that such advantages were not sustainable and that the price of the stock fell as a result of the sale。
Look at the security plate. It's a hot spot. Recently, a full-scale attack broke through. The logic behind this is that recently there has been a policy of profitability in real estate, consumption and private enterprises, and that money has been bought and used. Some even shouted "cow city". Let me ask you something. You're gonna buy more than that? Under current policy, will you be able to make a precise judgement as to whether bull's city is here? I don't have that ability. I just have to walk。
My advice for this quota breakthrough is that if you want to be involved, you have a lead in the future, but when you fall, you must remember to stop selling。
It's not as easy as textbooks say. I've read over 200 of the stock market's classics, i've never copied their models, but i've thought about how they shape their own models, and how i can build a model that suits myself. And the consequence of this is that it will be, and it will be, and it will be used, and then it will become suspicious of the book and the master。

Iii. Rising trends

Trend trading is difficult and not easy. Quantification breakthroughs may be a false breakthrough and fall back in place again; when adjusted, buy-in is not a temporary adjustment, but may be a top-down line。
Taking into account the approach of the previous masters and the years of trading experience, i have drawn up the following trade principles and methods:
Both cases can be bought and followed by trends, whether the bottom discharge is activated, or on the way up along the average line, or when re-attacked. However, in either case, once the stock price has fallen, please sell it immediately. It is difficult to distinguish between a temporary adjustment or a top-down line. Don't worry about selling, but if you fall and you attack again, you show the end of the adjustment and buy it again。

Trend trading, easy? In textbooks, it is easy to say, and it is easy for others to analyse, because it's all the bulls that have gone out. It's all back-vision mirror analysis. I don't know until the trend comes out. Just like the wave, if i can get out of this attack, i'll just have to walk, and when i turn down, i'll have to clear out。
In the market, 80 per cent of the quota breakthroughs are fake breakthroughs, with very little chance of real breakthroughs and the courage to pursue and hold them. Just like today's bondboard, is it a real break or a fake break? Who knows exactly now? If you turn your head down and look away, you can't go after them, and if you keep going and call for bull's city, you'll go further and prove your vision。
With regard to the trade in trends, what i can say to you is the principles and approaches summarized above. At the bottom and after adjustment, when the attack begins, buy it; once the trend turns downward, do not consider a temporary adjustment or see the top down, sell it. Once again, buy again; when again, sell again. That's the only way to make some money。
