An x-week workout is nearing completion. Looking back at this precious experience of moving from campus to workshop, i have not only translated the theoretical knowledge of books into “real work” on hand, but i have a deeper appreciation of the meaning of “manure spirit”. The internships are summarized as follows:
I. Main features and skills development of internships
With the careful instruction of the tutor, i have systematically studied the basic operating procedures of the pliers and have independently completed the processing of several exercises:
1. Basic awareness and safety norms:
The safety protocols for the main equipment, such as the workstations, pliers, sand turbines and rigs, are available。
The “safest first” production principle is well understood and is a habit of pre-operational inspection tools and protective gear。
Core operational skills practices:
The importance of benchmarking is understood by learning to use needles, tectonics, steels, and fine-stamping on fur。
Sawning: from the beginning, which is difficult and easy to break, to mastering the right position, gripping, starting sawing angle (about 15°) and the rhythm of evening, it eventually saws the relatively flat side along the line。
This is the key to exercise patience and touch. Through repeated exercises of cross-cutting and routing, i gradually learned to control the scissor's balanced motion, so that the plane and verticality would meet the drawing scale。
Pocket processing: learning the operation of a desktop drill bed, mastering the steps and techniques of drilling holes, perforation, twirling (processing internal screws) and twirl (processing external screws), in particular the method of sharpening standard pyrotechnic drills (top angles 118°2°)。
(b) finalization of a combination of multiple processes (e. G., hammerheads or hexagonal nuts) involving saws, twigs, drills, swirls, etc. From fur to finished products, the accumulation of error in each process directly influences the final co-operation and gives me a physical glimpse of the “mixedness of the difference, the fallout”。
