In order to improve the professionalization and regularization of the conduct of trials in general, and in accordance with the 2025 trial inspectorate plan, in conjunction with the disciplinary requirements of the higher courts for routine work inspections. In recent days, the department of political affairs of the djc has led the formation of a team of trial inspectors, in conjunction with the integrated office and the office of audit and management, to reach out to the various sections of the compound and to send courts to carry out trial inspectors in order to accurately oversee the burden of work and to contribute to a steady improvement in the effectiveness of the conduct of trials。
This time, the inspector has focused on issues, objectives and results, focusing on three areas. The first is a “back-to-back” exercise to review the effectiveness of the reforms identified in october of this year by the trial inspectors; the second is a trial-effectiveness exercise, focusing on the first priority of the administration of justice, with the posts of judges focusing on the main areas of responsibility, continuously improving the quality and efficiency of the administration of justice and promoting the efficient implementation of the trials; and the third is an issue identified in the areas of working discipline, the filing of the “three provisions” report, on-site feedback, monitoring and correction, clarifying the requirements and time frames for the ongoing revision and promoting the establishment of the reform。
As a next step, the district court will continue to use the ombudsman as a key player in the full exercise of the internal oversight function, improving the conduct of justice and improving the quality of work. It will focus on continuous improvement, long-term effectiveness and precision, regularization of the inspection and disciplinary process, maintaining the promotion and enhancement of the administration of justice at the grass-roots level, making every effort to improve the quality, efficiency and credibility of trials and providing solid guarantees of the rule of law for the quality development of the bailiwick。
