4. Duration of service:
The successful bidder shall, within one year of the date of signing of this contract, complete all the work agreed to herein (including preparation for the prior period, provision of services, acceptance, etc.). The time period for the successful bidder to complete the full work may not be extended unless the purchaser has agreed in writing to extend it. Upon expiry of the contract, the purchaser is free to decide whether to renew the contract for the following year, depending on the circumstances of the case and the performance of the appraisal. The duration of the contract shall not exceed three years。
Ii. Qualification requirements for bidders:
(1) comply with article 22 of the government procurement law of the people's republic of china (requires bidders to provide copies of business licences or related certificates and a declaration by bidders in the government procurement tenders and performance commitments letters)
(2) the bidder has the qualifications for repair of motor vehicles in category ii (including) and above during the period of validity issued by the competent authority (provides a motor vehicle repair business file or supporting documentation issued by the road transport authority)
(3) the consortium bid is not accepted。
Iii. Method of obtaining solicitation documents: 21 september to 28 september 2023 at 17:00 (except for holidays). By means of on-site registration, bidders are required to submit scanned copies of their business licences, scanned copies of certificates of representation of legal persons, scanned copies of letters rogatory, scanned identification cards of authorized clients and relevant supporting information (all of which require official seals) to the southern mountain centre for disease prevention and control, room 218, for tender documents。
Iv. Questions: where there is any doubt as to the solicitation documents, they shall be submitted by the bidders within seven working days from the date of publication of the solicitation documents (except on holidays) and are inadmissible for delay。
