The water-cooled central air-conditioning units consist mainly of chillers, refrigerated water systems and cooled water systems, which are used for refrigeration, indoor cooling and outdoor heating。

The working method is that the cooler core is a chiller core with a water-carrying refrigerant to deliver the heat, with the refrigerated water system on the side of the evaporation of the host extracting low-temperature evaporation heat from the interior (refrigeration), upgraded from the host to high-temperature condensation (power consumption) and drained to the outdoor atmosphere by the cooling water system on the side of the host condensing。
The essence of water-cooled central air-conditioning in summer cooling is the lifting of indoor low-temperature heat handling and its migration to the outdoors, the structural rationale of which can be grouped into three main cycles (refrigerant cycle, water cycle, air cycle), corresponding to three main works (refrigerant, water, air) and three power (compressorators, water pumps, winder)。
Water-cooled air-conditioning consists of five water systems, of which three are functional (refrigerated water, cooled water, condensed water) and two safeguard water systems (soft water, rehydrated water pressure), which can be grouped into five main equipment (cooled water units, end-of-air-conditioning units, cooling towers, soft water installations, recharge water pressure units)。
Ii. The three cycles
The three main cycles of water-cooled central air conditioning are refrigerant cycles, water cycles, air cycles, which correspond to different cycling mass and power:
1. Refrigerant cycle
The process of evaporation inhaling and condensation within the cold water unit is the core and foundation of the system's cooling and is responsible for upgrading low temperature to high temperature heat。
Water cycle
Water is used for cycling, with the pumps providing cycling power, divided into two water cycles: frozen water and cooled water。
Refrigerated water cycles are driven by refrigerated water pumps, 12°c refrigerated water is cooled to 7°c by the evaporation unit and cooled to the end of the indoor air conditioning to dehumidise the indoor air, returning to the evaporation unit with the indoor heat。
The cooling water cycle is driven by cooling water pumps, 32°c cooling water is warmed up to 37°c by the condenser, and the cooling condensed to cooling towers continue to obtain condensed heat by evaporating cooling to disperse to the outdoor atmosphere。
3. Air cycle
Air is used for cycling, with wind engines providing cycling power divided into two air cycles, indoor and outdoor。
The indoor air cycle is driven by internal fans, and the air flow is replaced by a pipe, cooled by cooling and then humid。
The outdoor air cycle is driven by cooling tower fans, which flow through filling layers, with sufficient heat and moisture exchange with cooling water, and are drained to the atmosphere, with continuous circulation。
Iii. Five major water systems
Water-cooled air-conditioning consists of five water systems, of which refrigerated water, cooled water, condensed water is a functional water system and two are water-protected systems:
1. Refrigerated water systems
The functional water system, as a cold-volume carrier, is closed-cycled between the cold-water unit and the end of the air-conditioning unit, bringing the cooling to the rooms and achieving indoor cooling。
2. Refrigerated water systems
The functional water system, as a heat carrier, circulates between the cold water unit and the cooling tower, spreading the crew condensed tropical to cooling towers into the atmosphere。
3. Cooled water systems
A functional water system that collects condensed water from wetting at the end of the air conditioner and discharges it through gravitational flow into the building drainage network and does not participate in the refrigeration cycle。
4. Soft water systems
To safeguard the water system, removing the ion in the water through soft water installations, preparing soft water, preventing the mixing and erosion of pipes and equipment, and guaranteeing the long-term stable operation of the system。
5. Rehydrated pressure system
To safeguard the water system, which is responsible for supplementing the quantity of water lost to the system as a result of leakage and evaporation, while maintaining the stability of the system's pressure, preventing the gasification of the pipe, emptying and ensuring a smooth water cycle。

Iv. Five major equipment
Based on the functionality and security of water-cooled air conditioners, the following five major equipments are used:
1 cold water unit
The system's core refrigeration equipment, which uses refrigerant cycles to cool cool water to set temperatures, is the source of cooling。
2 end of ac
Indoor heating equipment, including wind pipes, air conditioners, etc., is exchanged directly with indoor air for heat and humidity to cool and dewet the room。
3. The cooling tower
Outdoor heat-dissemination equipment, which is driven by cooling water sprays and wind engines, allows cooling water and air to be replaced by sufficient heat to release system heat into the atmosphere。
4. Soft water installations
Water treatment security equipment, in conjunction with soft water tanks, to prepare soft water to provide high-quality water recharge to the system and to prevent distillation and erosion。
5. Hydraulic pressure units
(c) system stabilization and security equipment, automatic recharge and pressure regulation, maintenance of system pressure stability and normal operation of the water cycle。
