The media age, the grassrootsJournalistsIt is the “digger” of the territorial story and the “translator” of the policy. However, low numbers of people, heavy tasks, small news points at the grass-roots level and the homogeneity of content are all specific problems they face on a daily basis。
Today, 29 grass-roots journalists from the hangzhou region of zhejiang province came to the news media-sharing platform in xinjing, where public opinion leaders and media professionals were trained to improve their business skills
Media integrationCentre - skye
The grass-roots media are influenced by the scope of the propaganda positions, the homogeneity of news subjects, how to capture the bright spots in everyday choices, produce new local media micro-fiche products, make local news more geographically communicative, and make it a problem for me。
Media centre for integration -- pendrere
The problem with my work is that “the platform has been built and the inhabitants cannot be used”. My main job is to watch the operation and promotion of the yu-hung “my village community” platform. The “my village community” platform brings together 33 applications of livelihood services in 25 district departments to reach the “last kilometre” of the digital population. However, in practice it has been found that it is difficult to develop a sense of self-use among the population, which is also a real challenge for us at the grass-roots level。
Integration of media centres — clean-up of gold
I would like to know that when a good news story is discovered, as an interviewer, it is important to consider both in-depth writing and video subjecting, with text thinking and video thinking often fighting. How can the balance be balanced to ensure, to the extent possible, that the news is time-bound
Aquatown - wang hachi
One of the most troubling problems in grass-roots advocacy is the lack of penetration of the last kilometre. On the one hand, traditional means of handing out leaflets and slogans are becoming less effective and the crowd is “insensitive”; on the other hand, the new media, while widely available, often face a homogeneity of content, lack of expertise and inadequate form in their operations at the grass-roots level. A shift from “physical coverage” to “effective coverage” is the most difficult challenge of the day。
Rushwood street-tungul moon
The difficulty of grass-roots advocacy lies in the need for both an “airline” and a “terrestrial gas”. How to translate the policy language into a “backland language” that the people understand and remember, which i think is the greatest difficulty。
Pre-kakura street - yu yu woo
I am faced with the challenge of weak advocacy and relatively heavy tasks, resulting in insufficient time for planning, often in haste。
Central thai street - gittenyan
I would like to know how, with limited manpower and resources, we can find a way to get people to participate and really get a sense of it。
Bottle kilns - 阎沁
The dilemma i have encountered is that the propaganda points have remained unchanged for a long time and are prone to lack of innovation。
Runaway hill - ho young-ji
I believe that there is no shortage of stories at the grass-roots level; what is lacking is the depth of excavation and the ability to transform. Many live cases of indigenous culture, good people and policy landings, often at the “know what” level, fail to extract moving emotional resonance points, leading to the appearance of propaganda and a lack of infection, which is a dilemma in my work。
Twistertown - conjaning
The town of twister, rich in eco-tourism resources, was awarded the "national civilization town" in 2025, and we'd like to put out the "good water story." in practice, however, content production is found to be “good or no seat” and it is difficult to balance work needs with mass needs. It is more difficult to resolve how to keep “the government wants to say” and “the crowd wants to see” on the same track。
Yellow lake town - valley
The challenge is to break the game between "flow anxiety" and "government seriousness." the greatest challenge in everyday life is to find the best balance between the desire to achieve a high profile of the work and the need to maintain the authority of the political media。
“the task is often carried out in haste and small numbers.” this is the common voice of many participants。
Weak grass-roots advocacy and insufficient professional capacity have led to reduced planning time and content production being “mission-oriented” rather than “impact-oriented”. It is all the more distressing to see how to make propaganda truly “penetrating” the last kilometre — where traditional methods are less effective, and where new media are faced with homogeneity and lack of expertise。
It's not easy to dig bright spots. There are local stories, but there is no emotional resonance; the propaganda points have remained unchanged for many years, with new ideas being sought year after year; and the grass-roots news points are small and the subject matter is of high quality, but they are under stress. It was also mentioned that the question of how to translate the policy language into a “native language” that the people could understand was a dilemma that could not be avoided。
Others are faced with the challenge of promoting “platforms that cannot be used by the population” — digital tools that reach the “last kilometre” of service, but the sense of self-use among the population is difficult to develop. How to move the platform from “community push” to “residents themselves” is a new topic for grass-roots outreach。
The difficulties at work make the expectations of this training particularly concrete and pragmatic:
Integrating media centre -- skye
I would most like to learn how to dig up high-quality topics from my day-to-day work, how to write insinuation titles and scripts, how to produce a small “low-cost, fast-out output, easy-to-eat” content, and one person can make a powerful content。
Media centre for integration -- pendrere
I want to learn to tell stories and make short videos. People now use their mobile phones, and we want to use short videos to talk about things that are home-grown, but what we film is either too long and boring, or empty, but with low content hits, especially to learn how to choose the subject, how to edit it, how to make content “net” work。
Integration of media centres — clean-up of gold
What i wanted to learn most from this training was how to use ai, and quickly and well edit a short video, based on my materials and tips。
Pre-kakura street - yu yu woo
Most interested in learning how to design and produce high-quality, new media content of interest to the public, both in terms of reach and practical value and relevance。
Central thai street - gittenyan
What i want to learn most is how to use new media tools (especially short video and twitter) to excavate positive energy stories at the grass-roots level, to spread them, and to improve the presumption and responsiveness of risk-taking, so that advocacy efforts are both relevant and not risky。
Main street, xu lingling
I want to learn how to do the studio talk and how to do the live news show。
Bottle kilns - 阎沁
In view of the shortage of staff, i would like to learn new tools that can be quickly acquired and which i hope will be used to improve efficiency。
Runaway hill - ho young-ji
It is hoped to learn how to discover “golden mines” of dissemination value from indigenous cultures, natives, grass-roots practices, and to learn how to transform abstract cultures into new media products (short video, micro-documentaries, graphic stories, etc.) that will truly “discover, effectively promote, and make an impact”。
Kang jaining, twister
In this training, i hope to learn how to use short videos to tell the story of the bird. Not just technical clippings, but more like: how can we find a unique set of people in twister town (as opposed to the surrounding moganda, angi)? How do we plan the grass that allows tourists to "see what they want"? And how to use ai tools (e. G., vincent charts, vincent videos) to compensate for the shortage of community professionals and to produce high-quality advocacy materials at low cost。
Aquatown - wang hachi
The skills that i would most like to learn from this training are how to use short video, interactive h5, live, etc., as distinct from traditional text-based reporting, to make the “big story” a “story story”; at the same time, to learn how to capture people's concerns with precision, to design a campaign with both temperature and communication, and to truly increase the arrival and infection rate of grass-roots advocacy。
Yellow lake town - valley
I want to learn to use all kinds of ai tools to empower video creation. This includes ways to improve the efficiency of choice design, script generation, material production and editing through the use of artificial intelligence in order to achieve a mass output of high-quality short videos with limited grass-roots manpower。
These are real voices from the first line, open to real difficulties and a desire for professional advancement。
