1. The quality of electrical products purchased and used in schools and teaching and learning materials shall be in accordance with national safety standards. The installation, use and wiring of electrical products, hands-on devices, the design of pipelines, and their fittings shall be in accordance with the relevant national safety technology requirements. Power lines, piped water and electrical equipment must be designed with due regard to development needs, and construction should be carried out in strict compliance with the relevant regulations. Aging and overloading power lines must be systematically gradually replaced. If it is difficult to replace at once, special protective measures must be taken under conditions that ensure safety, otherwise the use must be suspended. No random connection or takeover without the consent of the school。
2. Schools have established a system of safe use of electricity, which is planned within the existing rated capacity and is strictly prohibited from overloading. Power lines must be provided with reliable safety devices and proper use of fuses to ensure electrical safety. The use of copper wires and other non-earmarked metal wires as fuses is prohibited. New projects must contain leak protection. Power transformers, distributions, distribution tanks and all types of rooms are to be closed, waterproof, tideproof, small animals intruded and the surroundings kept dry and ventilated. Electrical equipment should be regularly maintained by professional personnel with an induction pass to prevent fires due to short circuits, overloading of circuits, poor circuit access, ageing of wires, electrical failure, etc。
3. All persons who install circuits and operate electrical appliances must undergo professional training and pass the test before they can be placed on duty. Access to power sources must be subject to reliable insulation measures and strict inspections are required to prevent electrical accidents. Electrical equipment that is running continuously, day and night, should be managed by a dedicated person and regularly repaired and maintained. Equipment such as air conditioners, hands-on training and various rooms should be regularly cleaned and maintained. In case of abnormalities, such as fire, odor, heat, noise, etc., during the use of electrical appliances, the operation must be stopped immediately, the power must be shut down and the power must be inspected and repaired in a timely manner to confirm that it can operate safely。
4. No unit or individual must comply strictly with the rules of safe use of electricity, and no temporary power lines should be drawn at will. The extraction of temporary power lines is subject to approval by the department concerned and is handled by professionals. The temporary wires are to be removed immediately after the expiration of a regular check, using qualified electrical wires and equipment. The use of electrical appliances in violation of regulations and the overloading of power lines is strictly prohibited. Visible hazard warning signs should be established where high voltage is present, and effective quarantine measures should be taken to prevent electric shock incidents。
5. Facilities such as sports sites and equipment should meet the requirements of physical activity safety and physical hygiene standards. Managers should regularly inspect sports equipment, repair it in a timely manner if problems are detected, clearly identify and strengthen the supervision of facilities with security risks, and periodically inspect, maintain, maintain and repair the equipment. In the case of sports equipment and facilities, teachers should indicate their operational care. (b) strengthen the regulation of the use of sports equipment, provide compensation at a price for intentional damage to the equipment and, where appropriate, for improper negligence in the use of the equipment。
6. The heads of classes and specialized rooms shall conduct daily self-checks of indoor and outdoor power lines, lamps, plugs, switches, etc., and shall immediately report the problems to the general service and, in the event that the problems may affect the teaching and even the injury of teachers and students, immediately suspend the classes and evacuate the students to a safe place, pending the determination of safety after maintenance by the professionals。
Electrical products and hands-on devices that have lost their safe performance beyond their useful life should be scrapped or repaired and partially updated to ensure their safety. Electrical and hands-on devices that have not been used for a long time shall be valid for use only after their safety has been confirmed。
