2. Shortcomings of small welders:
A small welder produces a certain magnetic field around a welder in the course of its use, radiation is generated from the arc burning around it, there is infrared light in the arc light, light like ultraviolet light, and harmful substances such as metal vapour and dust, so that adequate protective measures must be taken. Welding is not suitable for the welding of high carbon steel, and as a result of welding welding processes such as metal crystallization and decomposition and oxidation, welding performance is poor, welding is easily fractured, creating heat and cold cracks. Low-carbon steel has good welding performance, but it has to be properly operated, and is cumbersome with regard to rust cleaning, and sometimes welding leads to defects such as slag cracks and gas holes bites, but operations should reduce the generation of defects。
