On 27 november, the provincial leadership group for the development and extension of new energy vehicles (expansion) called for:
Party service car
Communication vehicle
Law enforcement patrol vehicle
Sanitation vehicles
Post vehicle
Delivery of student bus
Rural and urban buses (including rural passenger vehicles)
Truck, urban logistics
Taxi
New energy vehicles in these nine areas have been integrated into public services, and the rate of subsidies for new energy cars in the nine categories has increased from 1:0. 5 to 1:1. From now on, in hebei province, new or replacement urban buses, as well as the nine types of vehicles mentioned above, must be replaced with new energy vehicles, and if fuel and gas vehicles are replaced, they will not be issued a licence plate。
From next year onwards, hebei province will gradually expand its electric taxis throughout the province and will take into account the purchase and operation costs of oil, gas and new energy buses over a certain period of time, establish new mechanisms to encourage the use of new energy buses, limit the growth of fuel buses, adjust current fuel subsidy policies and increase support for new energy buses. Between 2015 and 2019, the share of new and replacement buses in our province will reach 40, 50, 60, 70 and 80 per cent, respectively。
At the same time, hebei province will pilot the construction of charging facilities in the cities of shijia, zhang and zhang, as well as the construction of charging stakes in public places such as hotels, supermarkets, school hospitals, roadside spaces and tourist attractions。
The launch is hosted by the people's government news office of ishikoshi, an authoritative information dissemination centre, a historical and cultural heritage base, a multi-million-member interactive platform, welcoming subscriptions
