    Liquid ring pump process and principles

    Figure 1 shows the work process and principles of the lpg. Within circle pump a, there's a eccentricly installed rotor wheel b, relative to the core axis of the pump body, which, through its centrifugal force, makes the working fluid go through channel d and flow around the pump cavity to form a liquid ring c。

    Activation of the heating cycle pumps

    When the liquid ring vacuum pump is working, the gas mixture that is pumped enters a vacuum at the pump's entrance through the inhalation mouth on the mid-spacing plate e. In which gas mixtures are found in the chamber cavity between the walls of the liquid ring and the roots of the leaf, when the wheel turns, the blade enters the ring for longer lengths, reducing the volume between the liquid ring and the roots of the leaf, and the volume of the gas mixture is compressed to the vent j of the mid-spacing plate k。

    Work processes and principles of the lcd

    As shown in figure 2, the working principles of the lcd are illustrated by the presence of a work fluid (general water use as a work fluid) in its pump, which is created by centrifugal force when the lcd works. In figure 2, it can be seen that there are several small cavities between the vortex and the liquid ring that divide them through the blades. If starting with an angle of 0° on the lower part of the medium-leaf wheel, the small cavity size increases gradually before the rotation of the wheel to 180°, and the liquid ring compressor completes the inhaling; the small cavity size decreases gradually before the blade continues to rotate to 360°, the gas is compressed and the liquid ring compressor completes the exhausting。

    Activation of the heating cycle pumps

    Lcd compressors, because of their own work fluids that act as coolers, apply to gases that are easily decompressed at high temperatures, such as acetylene, carbon dioxide, etc., as well as to gases that are readily polymerized at high temperatures. And during the compression process, the gas is not in direct contact with the pump body, and the lcd is also applied to compressed corrosive gases, such as chlorine gas, at which point the sealed fluid selects liquids that do not work with the gas, such as hysteres。

    Advantages of liquid cycling pumps

    Following an analysis of the basic working principles of the pump, the advantages of the pump itself are summarized as follows:

    (1) simple structure and low processing accuracy requirements;

    (2) a compact structure, which is generally directly connected to an electric generator without the need for a speed-reducing assembly, with a larger amount of exhaust at a smaller structural size;

    (3) very little gas stabilization during compression due to the operation of the work fluid;

    (4) owing to the absence of friction in the pump cavity, the wear is minimal and does not require lubrication;

    (5) work is smooth, reliable and easy to maintain。
