On the eve of world intellectual property day 25, on the morning of 21 april, the 2020 intellectual property awareness week in le shan city was held in the town of suchu, central district of leshan city. This week, which is devoted to the theme “intellectual property rights and artificial intelligence”, aims to spread the cultural concept of intellectual property rights, to raise awareness of respect for and protection of intellectual property rights throughout society and to create a favourable social climate for the development of intellectual property rights. Zhang lipin, member of the party group of the city of le shan market supervision authority (ipo) and head of the city intellectual property services promotion centre, hosted the launch and announced the launch。

In recent years, under the strong leadership of municipal councils and municipalities, le shan's intellectual property rights work has focused on provincial and municipal development strategies, led by the construction of a strong municipal intellectual property right, aimed at enabling high-quality economic and social development throughout the city, with intellectual property rights at its core, continuously improving the quality of intellectual property rights, strictly protecting intellectual property rights, promoting the use of intellectual property rights, strengthening the management of intellectual property rights and making new advances and breakthroughs in intellectual property rights throughout the city. As of 2024, the city-wide number of valid invention patents was 1,468, of high-value invention patents 565, of chinese patent awards 5 and sichuan patent awards 11; 41,198 of valid registration trademarks, 20 of known trademarks, 44 of geographical indications, with a value of $4,922 million in the brands of “chat quakers” and 10 of the country's green teasing regions, “chat quakers” into the list of protection agreements for central european geographical areas, and “little citrus” into a typical case of national geo-marked rural revitalization; two of the “sichuan olds” and “sichuan olds” titles; 15 of the model enterprises for developing national intellectual property advantages; 19 of the small and medium-sized enterprise patent industry template; and 2 of the sichuan province. The national intellectual property authority and the ministry of justice approved a pilot project to regularize administrative decisions on patent infringement disputes at the municipal level, and the city of sae meishan was successfully selected for the first and only civic copyright protection and promotion pilot at the district level in sichuan. China's intellectual property tele-education sub-station lo shan was rated as a “national sub-station of excellence” and the “class-class” model for building intellectual property innovation highlands” was rated as a typical case of la shan reform in 2024。

Dissemination of information materials
At the site of the event, the city of le shan and the market supervision authority of the central region of the city (the intellectual property rights board), the rural rural directorate of the municipality, the city science and technology board, the city wenguang tourist board, etc., have set up panels and consultation points and distributed nearly 1,000 information materials。
It is known that around the 2025 intellectual property awareness week in le shan city, it will carry out a variety of diverse and informative activities。
On 22 april, a training course on the subject of business secrecy risk prevention practices and case sharing was held in the opening area of the five bridges, and guidance services were provided to enterprises; on the same day, the silicon materials industry union of sichuan province conducted thematic training for key enterprises in the silicon materials industry in laishan on the topic of the strategy for the protection of high value patents in the area of polycrystal; on 23 april, the intellectual property policy sharing, stock patenting, patent technology road shows and exchange contracts were held in the centre for academic exchanges at the leshan institute of vocational technology; on 24 april, a team of party experts was invited to a field trip to the kitajiang nuclear technology park to provide “face-to-face” individualized guidance and services to enterprises; and intellectual property protection sessions were held in the new high court in the city area, as well as an intellectual property protection workshop was held in open hearings; on 25 april, the monitoring authority issued the state of intellectual property protection and development at the city of la shan city in 2024. At the same time, during the eleventh sichuan international tourism fair, organized by the mt. Sakayama international exhibition centre, advocacy guidance on intellectual property rights tort dispute resolution will be strengthened, providing intellectual property protection, advocacy assistance, information inquiries, etc。
