In recent years, as the shipbuilding industry has shrunk, the new shipbuilding business has declined significantly, and in the face of vacant docks, the ship repair business has become the direction of business transformation. The focus on ship repair processes and processes is not clear enough, as the shipwreck heavy workers have never been involved in ship repair operations before. At the beginning of this year, for the first time, the ship's heavyweights took over the general average inspection of the ship “moi 369”, and the ship's inspectors conducted a full-scale guide to the ship's base damage repair process, five visits to the plant from the determination of the changer range, post-separation inspection of the damaged area, new structural assembly, post-weld inspection and confidential testing, and completed the repair inspection and issued the airworthiness certificate at the beginning of the year. The subsequent “to the yangtze 03” ship inspection was the first time that a ship carrying a regular inspection and maintenance operation had been taken over by the scavengers, and the members of the original plant construction team had been assigned the task of carrying out the inspection in order to improve the docking plant and to present the ship repair elements fully to the shipyard in conjunction with the inspection. Through tripartite meetings, inspection plans are drawn up and inspection instructions are made available on site to guide the shipyards to fully digest the pre-doctrine training points in the field and to fully guarantee the quality of the special inspection and maintenance schedules and maintenance of the sun-red 03 round.
