On 28 december 2018, the ministry of education issued the circular on the prohibition of access to primary and secondary school schools against harmful apps, which explicitly prohibits the use of apps in schools for all types of study that have not been filed for review. In november 2019, the ministry of education issued the education mobile internet application record management scheme, which requires that the documentation of existing mobile applications for education be completed by 31 january 2020.
