Answers to the second national network of young students for knowledge of the rule of law
Purpose of the activity
Following up on the decision of the 4th plenary on “integration of rule of law education into the national education system, starting with young people, and establishment of a rule of law knowledge curriculum in primary and secondary schools”, a major decision was taken to take full advantage of the active role of the new media, represented by the internet, to integrate, in a competitive manner, all aspects of rule of law education resources, to motivate young students to learn about the rule of law, to be proactive, to enrich the content and form of youth rule of law education and to test the achievements of law education in primary and secondary schools. Through competitions, the concept of the rule of law is raised among a wide range of young students and educators, and awareness and habits of self-obligation, recourse to justice and reliance on justice are promoted。

Organization and services
The competition was organized by the office of the national leadership group for education and legal literacy of the ministry of education (the policy and regulatory division), which entrusted the ministry of education with the national youth and legal literacy network (www. Qspfw. Edu. Cn) and organized technical support and services from relevant institutions。
Iv. Organization and timing of the competition
The majors are divided into three groups of upper primary, lower secondary and upper secondary schools (including vocational high schools), and are divided into the initials and the repeats of the network。
Schools are organized to participate in competitions on a voluntary basis, using a platform for online competitions provided by the national network of young people of the ministry of education. Individuals or schools who are prominent in the initials can participate in the next re-election。
Specific approaches and awards for the contest were developed by the ministry of education's national network for juvenile justice and published with the agreement of the ministry's office of the national leadership group for education and legal literacy。
Timing and requirements
The competition was organized and the competition began on 1 may and ended on 30 july 2017。
The provincial education administration shall implement the rules governing the organization of online competitions published by the national network of youth and youth of the ministry of education, complete the registration and certification of managers at all levels of education in the province, and establish a website and work platform for online competitions as soon as possible. School administrators register online and submit relevant materials; school administrators are accredited and empowered online by the youth justice network or school superiors; and school administrators are involved in the event。
