The report of the investigation into the large fire incident of the “5. 12” self-built house at 39 east ning street in toshien county camp, kuangyang city, yunnan province, was published on the website of the people's government of the city。

The incident investigation report analysed the causes of the fire. As follows:
1. Fire safety conditions in fire buildings are inadequate. One is the breakdown of the building fireproof separation.
