1. Basic information
Project name: complete and clear project name, with no abbreviations, to ensure that the nature and scope of the project are accurately reflected。
Project time: includes start and end of project. If the project is ongoing, the application date may be used as the projected completion date of the project。
Role of the project: specify your role in the project, such as project manager, project coordinator, team member, etc。
Project description and responsibilities
