    Statistical regulations for the radio and television industry

    Chapter i general provisions

    In order to strengthen the management of statistics in the radio and television sector, the information advisory and monitoring role of radio and television statistics is fully exercised, and the service of radio and television statistics is being upgraded. This provision is based on the statistical law of the people's republic of china, the regulations for the implementation of the statistical law of the people's republic of china and the relevant national regulations。

    Article 2 this provision applies to the statistical activities of the radio and television industry, which are investigated, collected, collated, studied and provided by the radio and television authorities in accordance with the law for statistical information on radio and television services, including big data statistics。

    Chapter vi

    Article 30 any activity by an organization outside the territory of the people's republic of china in which an individual is required to carry out a survey of radio and television statistics shall be entrusted to a body in the territory of the people's republic of china with the qualifications for a survey of foreign statistics, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state。

    Article 31 this provision came into force on 5 may 2020 and was repealed on 27 january 2005 by the former general directorate for radio, film and television and on 4 may 2016 by decree no. 47 of the general directorate for radio, film and television。
