Looking back this year, our workshop has reaped too much. Along with the growth and development of companies, we are also making constant progress; especially with the guidance and assistance of corporate leaders, we have taken a step forward in the maintenance and management of equipment. With the care and support of the leadership, our workshop has worked well throughout the year, and we will summarize the work of this workshop throughout the year。
I. Equipment management aspects
1. Our personnel record the maintenance of equipment on a daily basis, collect weekly inspection records of the various teams ' equipment, have full and timely control of the equipment's operational status, prepare spare parts for spare parts, and develop or arrange the corresponding modifications, repairs and maintenance plans. For example, the phenomenon of clogged pipes in the furnaces, under the guidance of our leaders, has succeeded in overcoming this persistent problem, avoiding monthly shutdowns, causing unnecessary power cuts and saving valuable time for production. With regard to the long-term high voltage of the stove cover, leak-prone arcs, which have affected normal production and damaged equipment, we have made effective insulations in the catheters, catheters, pyrotechnics, pyrotechnics, voltage systems, etc., and are now significantly decreasing。
2. Timely and correct handling of equipment emergencies (significant equipment malfunctions), departmental coordination, movement of personnel, organizational recovery, analysis of the causes and lessons learned, with the aim of reducing and even eliminating the electrical furnace break-ins caused by equipment。
Ii. Maintenance of equipment
1. Rapid response to equipment malfunctions, careful analysis of malfunctions, rapid removal of malfunctions, without any delay; consultation with the workshop on the risk of equipment failure and scheduling of shutdowns to organize major repairs; and implementation of modifications to meet process, production, safety requirements, efficiency of use and safety of equipment in line with historical and cumulative problems identified by the production sector。
2. For some maintenance equipment, there are no drawings, survey drawings or samples, which are completed on time and on a qualitative basis with the fia unit。
3 this year we have been working on a number of projects that have collapsed several times, and our personnel have been working at high temperatures to build templates, rounded up and each time completed earlier, to buy time for the build of the stove and to allow the stove to be properly powered. An iron spill south of the furnace caused the burning of two steel packs, which were stuck in orbit, pulled out of the steel packs, repaired a series of tasks, etc., after a round-the-clock battle with all the mechanics。
