Announcement on the recruitment of experts in the administration of property in the fair market
In order to further regulate our municipal property management activities and improve the level of regulation and quality of services in the property management industry, it is proposed that a pool of experts in the field of property management be established throughout the city. The relevant matters are announced below:
I. Scope of collection
Professional technicians or managers with relevant expertise and practical experience in property management, real estate development, engineering, laws and regulations, financial auditing, community governance, etc., throughout the city。
Ii. Basic conditions for experts
(i) high political quality, adherence to party policy, compliance with national laws and regulations, good professional ethics and professionalism, integrity, self-discipline and objectivity。
(ii) be familiar with laws and regulations, policy standards and industry developments related to property management, have more than five years of experience in property management and related fields, have a high level of professional theory and experience in practice。
(iii) have the relevant professional technical title or professional qualifications in property management, engineering, safety, fire protection, management, economics, law, etc., or have outstanding performance and influence in the relevant field。
(iv) in good health, competent for expert evaluation, counselling, etc., and not older than 65 years of age。
(v) there is no record of violations of the law and no blacklist of missing persons or trades。
(vi) voluntary participation in the pool of experts, active participation in evaluation, counselling, training, etc. Related to property management, and management and supervision of the municipal and district (municipal and district) residential sector。
Iii. Receiving procedure
(i) applications. A person who intends to declare an expert in property management and who fulfils the requirements for an expert to declare, completes the application form (annex) for an expert in property management in the city of palin, and by 28 february 2026 submits an application to the competent authority in the district (city, district) of the municipality concerned and submits the following declaration:
1. Application forms for property management experts (annexes), original, available in electronic form
2. Originals and copies of the applicant's identity card, academic certificate, title certificate, etc.
3. Proof of work in property management and related areas
4. Other supporting material。
(ii) approval. The cantonal (municipal and district) property authorities are responsible for reviewing and screening applications, verifying their performance, abilities, comprehensive quality and authenticity of information, and for submitting the review to the municipal housing authority through a consolidated list of persons。
(iii) publication. The list of experts to be included in the database will be publicized on government websites, micro-mails and other platforms for a period of five working days. During the publicity period, any objection to the list of experts to be admitted to the pool shall be submitted in writing to the municipal housing authority by name and with the corresponding evidentiary material, which shall be verified by the municipal housing authority and shall not meet the requirements for disqualification. Publicly, without objection or objection, is formally included in the inventory of property management experts in the city of palin。
