It didn't start after this failure. We suggest that the client send the transformer over for maintenance, because we have a full-scale test station and equipment。
The erro light of the delta transformer has been a malfunctioning maintenance detection process:
1. Open the input power of the frequency transformer, open the input switch, and then press the green on button。
2. To move the one-size-fits-all table to the power exchange and measure the input of the 17v transformer, the measured voltage should be around 220v or it would fail。
The cn1 plug on the main board of the measuring station vertigator, the voltage of 1-2 and 3-4 should be 15-19v, otherwise failure would be achieved。
Turns off the input power, opens the top of the dmv and finds a connection plug on the 22v transformer and the drive。
5. Open the input power, open the input switch, and then press the green on button。

Measuring the voltage of the cn1, cn2, cn3, cn4 plugs should be measured at 20-24vac, otherwise failure would be achieved。
Open the right cover, find the contact, move the table to once, press the top of the contact, and the unit of measurement should be anotherwise, otherwise it will fail
9. Disconnect the input power, close the input switch and open the cap; discharge 6800uf capacitors through electrical resistance。
Found the cn7 plug on the driveboard of igbt and then pulled the plug. (c) move the table of all sizes to once and measure ch1 values between 1-2, 1-3 and 2-3 and record the measurements. The unit of the measured value should be k, otherwise it will fail. Ch2, ch3, ch4 were equally measured。

So when the erro lights are flashing, they'll be sent to lencho for repair as soon as possible, which will quickly restore the erro。
