On 29 may 2025, the career development department of the graduate college of the nanjing teacher training university held a successful course on “true-to-teach” - a course on the sharing of teachers' experience in preparing examinations. Part i. Data from the south master's examination
In order to help our graduate students to master the recruitment of teachers and to set the course for their examination, the career development department of the graduate school college industrial development committee analysed and reported in detail on the public recruitment of teachers in october 2024 in some departments of the nanjing city education system, and the public recruitment of teachers in november 2024 in the schools of the nanjing city drum building education department。
The report shows that our graduates have shown strong competitiveness in their recruitments, that there has been a significant increase in the supply of teacher posts in some regions affected by policies, and that the structure of demand for disciplines has been characterized by differences; that employers have focused more on teaching subjects, and that suburban schools have provided more opportunities for candidates with insufficient teaching experience; and that the current examination threshold has been constantly raised, with master's degree candidates having a more competitive advantage。
Through a multi-dimensional comparison of data and professional analysis, the report has helped our students to move steadily forward in preparing their teachers ' examinations by breaking the information barriers, clarifying their strategies and enhancing their confidence in the test。
Part ii: sharing of experience in preparing for the examination

Teacher preparation and strategy sharing

Teacher preparation for interview and strategy sharing
