The reason for the elimination of the salary is simple: most teams may not subsidize the dps but may deduct the salary from the disqualified dps or reduce the salary from this copy. As a result, many dps players have been resisting subsidies for other occupations, while they may be withheld without them. There are two reasons for this: the excessive number of dpss and the fact that there are many dpss in combat。

And why does the dps have to pass without a subsidy? The reason is simple: the capacity gap in the dps is very large, so there is generally a test line. Most teams use 60 per cent of the second dps as a test line. Is this high? Not really high. Some of the maos or the more powerful would pass 60 per cent of the first dps. But with 60% of the second dps, you can pass it as long as you're normal。
At this point, there will be another situation: many of the dps occupations not only export but also assume other functions. So what do we do? The offerer offered a solution: to subsidize these dpss for other functions, but not the gold, but the value of the dps. For example: for each war recovery subsidy of 6wdps, one activation subsidy of 2wdps. Of course, this can be adjusted to the actual situation, and if the overall dps is higher, the subsidy will be higher。

This would have the advantage of having some dps players take the initiative to perform non-dps tasks, such as recovery or activation. Thus, even if it is not directly exported, it is not because the dps is too low to divide the gold coin; rather, it is possible to obtain the gold coin for these tasks. Even as a result of these tasks, overall drug use is reduced, thus reducing the cost of capitalization。
For example, special situations may be addressed. The four knights in naxx, for example, are highly likely to have problems and often require dps members to assume non-output responsibilities, such as handling freaks, saving people or controlling fields. It would be unreasonable to review the dps at a time when the dps output was bound to be damaged. So many of the teams would go to error assessment: if there were too many mistakes, the gold would be withheld, and if there were no mistakes, it would be fine to lower the dps。

In fact, today it is much easier than you think. For players, the booking is done according to a specified route or rhythm, and little less is paid. Of course, medications are taken when taking on them, and some are taken on non-dps functions.
