Relevant units:
In line with the spirit of documents such as the state council circular on promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the real estate market, the beijing municipal housing fund management scheme and the state council's office's notification to the state council's steering group for housing system reforms on the strengthening of the management of income from the sale of state-owned housing, and with a view to further promoting decentralization, decentralisation and the optimization of service reforms, a circular on issues related to the sale of housing for sale under the housing reform policy, etc., is being issued (kyoto house renovation office) [2007] amend to read as follows:
1. Article 4 has been amended to read as follows: the sale of premises by enterprises, enterprises and other establishments that have no financial contribution to make, is mainly for the maintenance of houses and equipment。
Article 6 delete subparagraphs (i), (ii) and (iii)。

Article 6 (4) was amended to article 6 (1), which states that enterprises, enterprises and other entities that have no financial contribution to make use of the sale money for the maintenance of residential buildings and equipment in units are required to submit the following information to the housing reform department:
1. Proof of ownership in connection with the maintenance of the house
2. Billings issued by the municipal housing funds management centre for the re-sale of housing
3. Approval materials from parent offices, staff representative's resolutions
4. Other materials required for maintenance of houses and equipment。
For article 6 (5) read article 6 (2)。

3. The deletion of the former article 7 and the addition of a new article as article 7 would require the following information to be submitted to the housing renovator's department:
1. Bills issued by the municipal housing fund management centre for the re-sale account
(ii) in the event of the above, provide the basis for the acceptance of the unit's rights and obligations
3. Other material relating to the transfer and write-off of the unit account from the sale of the house。
4. Article 8 has been amended to read as follows: the division of responsibility for the payment of expenses for the sale of premises by the housing reform authorities, the municipal housing reform authorities are responsible for reviewing the use of the payment for the sale of housing by the relevant municipal units and the payment for the sale of housing by other relevant units (not including the approval of the payment for the repair of houses and equipment by the relevant municipal units and other units); the district housing reform authorities are responsible for reviewing the payment for the sale of housing by the relevant units of the district and the payment for the sale of housing and equipment by the relevant municipal units and other units of the maintenance and repair works。
