Three bucks an hour per vehicle in a class one area
Government-priced motor vehicle parking services in the main urban area, with differentiated rates set for subregions, time periods and sub-car types:
1 garage area division
(a) areas such as east of friendship street, south of peace road, west of jianhua street and north of xian an road (front of the central road line, with a projection space under the bridge with a bridge)
Category ii: areas outside category i and within cycle ii
Three types of area: the administrative area of the main urban area, and areas outside the first and second categories。
Changes and adjustments in the area of parking are made by the authority responsible for the transfer and price, and are published to the public with the consent of the municipality。
2 cut-off hours
(a) day: between 7. 30 and 21. 30
Night: 2130 hours to 0730 hours。
3 model division
4 small motor vehicle rates
Road parking spaces (painted) authorized by the transfer authorities:
Category i: $3 per hour per day and $10 per hour; $5 per night。
Category ii: $2 per hour per day and $8 per hour; $5 per night。
Three types of area: $2 per hour for the first hour of the day and $1 per hour for the next hour, $6 for the top; $5 per hour for the night。
Rates for other sites
Train stations, long distance stations and parking lots charge $3 per hour for a 24-hour billing cycle up to a maximum of $24. The identification of the region is led by the transfer authority and is jointly confirmed with the price manager and the city authority。
The building is accompanied by an underground parking lot of $2 in two hours and an additional $1 per hour thereafter。
A stereo parking lot of $4 per hour。
Watch berths, $2 a half hour per day and $5 per night. Following the termination of the current contract, the policy of charging the same area for roads was applied。
Government-priced parking areas are accompanied by parking services at a rate of $4 per day and $8 per night。
Traffic violations are collected at a rate of $10 per vehicle per day at a rate of 24 hours per day for more than 20 days。
Other land parking lots included in the government pricing range are collected at the rate charged for road parking in the area。
Stopping at the hospital for less than an hour is free
Medium-sized and large-sized motor vehicles are charged 50 per cent and 100 per cent for small-scale motor vehicles。
The hourly garage is charged for less than one hour。
(b) a parking lot (paints) at night at which motor vehicles are parked over the hours of the day: if the hours of night parking are less than one hour, the hours of daytime parking are taken into account and collected at daytime rates。
Fees for parking services at airports are implemented in accordance with the relevant policies of the provincial price authorities. The determination of the scope is the responsibility of the territorial district authority, the price authority。
Short-term parking is free of charge: no parking service charge for vehicles with less than 60 minutes of parking access to medical facilities or parking facilities. Access to other government-pricing parking spaces (points) free of parking service charges for less than 20 minutes。
Every parking lot must be priced
The circular requires the relevant departments to strengthen the regulation of the parking industry. Parking service providers are required to clarify the content of parking services, establish standards of service and service codes, strengthen internal management, develop sound systems, self-regulating service behaviour and improve the quality and level of parking services. The relevant departments, such as the management of traffic, are to strengthen the supervision of parking services and strictly combat illegal practices such as unlicensed (licensed) operations, random charges and the non-issuance of billing instruments。
(c) strict enforcement of clear-coded pricing requirements. Parking facilities operators are required to strictly enforce the requirements of the municipal price surveillance inspectorate regarding the price of motor vehicle parking services by setting price tags at prominent places of operation, indicating the form of fee pricing for parking services, fees, billing methods, basis of charges, complaints and telephone calls。
Maintaining relatively stable prices. Parking service charges at market-regulated prices, whereby operators are required to advertise to society one week in advance of the rates for mediation services, are not allowed to co-opt price increases and are conscious of maintaining normal market price order。
Price violations are severely investigated. The price supervision and inspection departments at all levels shall strengthen the supervision and inspection of fees for parking services and shall, in accordance with the law, investigate illegal price violations such as failure to implement government pricing policies, imposition of compulsory fees for services, imposition of fees for services, non-service fees only, failure to enforce clearly-coded pricing requirements, and collection of unmarked fees in addition to bid prices, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers。
This circular has been implemented with effect from 1 january 2019, with a one-year trial fee for motor vehicle parking services in the main urban area. If the previous provision is inconsistent with this notification, this notice shall prevail. Circular on the regulation of rates for motor vehicle parking services (market price [2003] no. 72), the supplementary circular on issues relating to parking charges for garage vehicles (no. [2009] 120) was also abolished。
