Frequent failure of the magnetic tube
1. Magnetic tube lantern failure
(1) in use, the magnetic tube fuse was found to be abnormal, the situation was checked and the four fixed holes were drilled out with a pistol drill。
(2) then, with a one-word screwdriver and a plier, the starting cap is softly struck, not with a screwdriver, and then it is struck in the direction of the screwdriver, which is controlled and is not too large, so as not to deform and render recovery difficult。
(3) breaking the light wire sensor and the interpolation connection with a pointer plier, fixing the new interpolation and then welding the air and protecting the eyes; it may also be welded with a large power latte, but the light works with large electrical currents and the heat must not be underestimated and, in the interests of safety, welding should be used。
(4) when the restoration takes place, the end covers will be aligned to the original position, then the plier will be put in place lightly, the whole body replaced and the operation will continue。
2. Magnetic tube short circuit failure
(1) short circuit leaks in the magnetic tube, typically between the light-wire plug and the shell, which is replaced directly and can then be repaired; if the magnetic tube is ageing, there is no way to repair it, it can only be scrapped。
(2) welding with air and silver welds, welding the light wires and plugs and, if new hands, welding for the first time, using toilet paper to surround the perimeter, soaking the water and then welding in case of accident。
(3) in operation, welding can be done with a medium fire, fast and accurate speed, otherwise it is easier to melt the plugs, which cannot be used。
Three, the tube is burned
(1) in the case of the burning of the tube, with the use of a tiger clamp. Remove the antenna hat from the wave pipe gently and replace it with a new antenna hat。
(2) most of the damage is due to excessive internal oil contamination of the microwave furnace, which is damaged by the reflection of the microwave into the mouth of the wave pipe by oil contamination on the cloud mast。
