On 24 march, our bureau received a popular appeal that the building outside the blue guang river pocket had been loosed and dropped, and that there were high-altitude crashes with security risks that seriously endangered the daily movement and security of residents of the district。
Following a public response, the bureau has given high priority to this matter, strictly following the deployment requirements for a dedicated governance effort in the area of property services, insisting on quick access to people's livelihoods, and on retracing, and first-time assigning personnel to undertake on-site site ground-trip verification. Staff members conducted on-site detailed screening of the exterior wall blocks of the building for de-positioning, damaged areas, loose areas, the risk level of the hazard being examined on a case-by-case basis, and the implementation of preventive measures such as perimeter perimeter markings and security barriers。
In order to ensure that security lines are firmly established, to eliminate the risks of high-altitude crashes in a timely manner and to provide full security for the lives and property of the population, the agency has taken the initiative to organize, in an integrated and coordinated manner, on-site coordination meetings between project construction units and small-area property service enterprises, which will study the development of a special maintenance and renovation programme, clarify the standards for the maintenance of construction, the time frame for the renovation and the security protection initiatives, and urge the relevant units to carry out the full demolition, repair and renovation of the loose, loose-walled bricks in strict compliance with the programme, and to keep the quality of construction and security management under strict control throughout the process。
On 7 may, the county housing and urban development directorate travelled to the blue guang river pocket to conduct a site review. On a field-by-site basis, the renovation of the outer walls and the management of the hazards have been largely completed, the safety of the original high-altitude crashes has been completely and effectively eliminated and the security of the residential environment in the sub-districts has been restored. A total of 90,000 yuan has been invested in the construction of the outer wall, which has accumulated approximately 800 square metres of surface area, effectively guaranteeing the safe and clean living environment of the inhabitants of the subdistricts。
