Disorder diagnosis
Pre-inspection confirmed failure。

The fuse was checked and the engine fuse box 70, radar 07, adapted from the cruise, the instrument fuse box 2 control panel 19 hvac control panel and the radio fuse 4 were all burned。
5. Reasons for fuse breaking: (1) power supply short circuits; (2) module internal short circuits. Find a few fuses and burn them. Owing to the lack of radio communications, which may result in most not being able to work, it is first checked from the radio。

9. The power grid is normal and the headlight module is designed to communicate with the headlight module, but there is a failure code indicating the failure of the headlight module itself。
Ten, skylight openings and shade curtains did not react and, based on maintenance experience, may have been caused by stalling skylight cards and irregular power cuts. However, the power cuts were repeated, as was the case with the failure (if the reasons were mentioned above, the power cuts might return to normal). Learn from the skylight in accordance with the maintenance manual。
Finds a map of the skylight circuit, according to which the skylight switch will be 4. 9 v, the sunscreen switch will be 4. 9 v, the lin line will be 8 v, the skylight module 11. 8 v, as compared to normal vehicles, with the same data。
Dismantling
It's the same thing as the normal skylight module. It was not possible to study skylights, which had previously been replaced by other vehicles, and if the modules were broken, the skylights should be dynamic and probably only some functions could not be used properly。
From the measurement data, the lines are not problematic, possibly bcm or skylight module, sunscreen module。
Please teach other technical supervisors that when the analysis revealed that a set of data was not correct, gds looked at the failure vehicle curtain data as closed and smelled bad. A separate replacement of the shaded module continues。
Finally, the skylight module and the sunscreen module were replaced, and learning was successful and failure was eliminated。
