Example 1, fault: paper is often packed when printing multiple sheets or rowing。
Fault analysis: the machine is a very practical and durable printer, most of which can be used for more than 10 years, except for the replacement of canned powder and selenium drums. However, after more than 10 years of use, there are basically paper-plugging failures。
In terms of failure, there may have been problems with the relay ionizer, which controls printing sheets. To remove the side covers of the printer, it can be seen that a small acoustic sponge separated between the relay and the metal card used for the purpose of cooperation is ageing, rendering the metal card sticky and non-coupling during printing, and unable to jam gear to control walking paper. The relay was removed, the glue was wiped out with alcohol, and an opening sticker was used, a piece of a suitable size was cut and attached to the original location and the failure was eliminated。

Example 2, malfunctions: printers are always heard rubbing paper, sometimes several times or not。
The main causes of the failure:
One could be that the rubber teeth on the paper grinder have been flatted for a long time
The second is that in winter the wheel gets old and hard, and slips when it's done
The third is that the paper in the print is damp and there is no sticky paper。
First, when the paper is confirmed to be normal, the wheel is checked. Take out the printed aluminum drum, and the grey rubber wheel in the middle of it is a paper-sweeping wheel (which is trucked up and thought that it can be taken off), and if it is abnormal, replace it. In the absence of a suitable paper grinder on hand, it may be washed during emergency repairs and then the surface of the paper grinder will be purified with a rough sandpaper or a rough blade, increasing friction。
Note: the two types of failure are also suitable for similar failures in other models or brand printers。
