The dmv is an indispensable instrument for modern electro-controlled vehicle maintenance personnel in their maintenance work, and the dvg has test readings that are accurate, functional and, more importantly, highly resistant to dvgs, usually more than 10m times, and does not easily pose a hazard to vehicle control computers and sensors when detecting modern electric controlled vehicles. The use of the sunpro cp7678 car, produced by the united states of america's akepower company, is dedicated to the use of a unique form to describe the functions of a digitalized car。

The operating panel of the spare table for the sunpro cp7678 car is shown in figure 1。

    Operating panel function description:

    Rotary switch (rotation switch)

The user turns this switch to turn on or off all-use meters and select the test function。

Dc volts (direct current voltage measurement)

This function measures direct current voltage with a range of 0~200 v. The method of connection and the position of the rotation switch when measuring direct current voltage are shown in figure 2。

    Ohms (extreme measurement)

The electrical resistance of sensors used to measure electrical components of vehicles, such as fire wire rings, spark plug beams and electric control engines, ranges from 0. 1 to 20 m. The method of measuring line connection and the position of the rotation switch in measuring resistance is shown in figure 3. If the electrical resistance measured is unlimited, the "1" is shown on the display screen of the table of all applications。

    Diode check (diode measurement)

It is used to detect whether the diode is working properly. In the electronics of vehicles, generators are typically equipped with diodes, measuring the mode of connection and the location of the rotation switches for the diodes。

    CoNinity test

The circuit break-up test judged the break-up of a circuit by measuring resistance. If the circuit is closed or short-circuited, the beeper, which is contained in the table, sounds. If the circuit breaks down, the beeper does not sound. In routine car maintenance, this function is often used to determine whether fuses have been burned, whether switches are normal and whether cords are short or broken. The wiring method and the position of the rotation switch at the breakout test are shown in figure 5。

    Dc amps (direct current measurement)

Direct currents for vehicle circuits are measured at a range of 0-15a. The method of connection and the position of the rotation switch at the time of measurement are shown in figure 6。

    Test lead jacks

When used, black measurement lines shall be inserted into the plugs marked with com, and red measurement lines shall be determined by the type of signal being measured. When measuring the strength of the current, they may be inserted into the plugs marked with 15a dc amps, and when measuring engine turn-off, closed angles, empty ratio, direct current voltage, resistance, diode tube and circuit breakage, they shall be inserted into the plugs marked with symbols indicating electrical resistance, closed angles, etc。

    Tach (engine velocity measurement)

4cyl, 5cyl, 6cyl and 8cyl on the panel used to measure engine velocity indicate that the number of cylinders is 4, 5, 6, 8. Cyl is an abbreviation for english cylinder. To measure the speed of a 4-cylinder engine, the rotation switch can be turned to 4cyl. The method of connection and the position of the rotary switch for measuring engine speed are shown in figure 7. When the screen of the millimeter displays a measurement reading, the operator must multiply the reading by 10, which is the real speed of the engine。

    Dwell (closed angle measurement)

Measurements are used to measure closed angles and electromagnetic loops in sub-wire ignition systems (e. G. Mixed gas-control electromagnetic wires in feedback-type oils used by the u. S. General system). When measuring the closed angle of the semi-wire ignition system, the red test line of the watch is attached to the negative polar side of the primary ignition ring of the vehicle being detected. The wiring method and the location of the rotation switch are shown in figure 8。

    Display (showscreen)

This is used to display measurements and alerts for the universal tables. If the 9v battery is undercharged, the graphics of the battery are displayed on the display screen of the table. When measurements are carried out, if the words “1.” or “1.” appear on the display screen, this indicates that the currently selected scale is too small, as shown in figure 10. The operator can rotate the switch and increase the quantum process until the words "1." or "-1" disappear on the display screen。
