Vacuum mixers are a fragmented, blended process applicable to polymer lithium ion and liquid lithium battery fluids, electro-cell slurry, adhesives, molds, carbonket sealants, polyurethane sealants, anaerobics, paints, ink, paints, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, liquids and fluids in construction materials, mixing of solids and liquids, reaction, dispersion, solubility, homogeneity and emulsion。

It consists mainly of a mixer drum, a mixer cap, a mixer engine (with two sets of low-speed mixers, two sets of high-speed dispersors and one set of scratches), a temperature control device, a lift, a locket and a control system。

When used, regularly replace sealed components, since the primary function of the sealed components is to prevent material infiltration into the equipment's connector or other space, which has an impact on electrical efficiency; then periodic inspections to replace sealed components will be better able to guarantee sealing。

In addition to this, there is a need to clean up the water, because it can cause oxidation of equipment, such as rust, hair black, etc., but we need to ensure that the equipment environment is dry and reduce the erosion of water vapour to the vacuum mixer。
