The planning of office maintenance is an important basis for guiding provincial authorities in the organization of office maintenance projects and plays an important role in the pooling of funds, the concentration of priority security and the exercise of economy. Under the previous maintenance programme (2021-2023), the provincial authorities implemented 329 projects involving more than 80 departments and units, providing strong guarantees for the safe and efficient functioning of the provincial authorities。

The plan strictly implements the deployment of decisions by the party's central and provincial committees and provincial governments on safe production, giving priority to the elimination of risks to the safety of office premises, taking into account the conservation of energy resources, the restoration and improvement of functions, and the provision of services for the livelihood of the population. The plan strictly implements the requirements for party bodies to live in a state of emergency and the relevant policy provisions, explicitly incorporating 66 provincial departments (units) and 379 maintenance projects into maintenance plans for the period 2024-2026. The strict application of policy criteria for the inclusion of planned projects is part of the renovation of existing office buildings and the firm elimination of luxury renovations and the construction and expansion of new and expanded buildings。

As a next step, the sichuan provincial administration will be responsible for the management and implementation of the plan, develop mechanisms of accountability and internal oversight, and provide guidance to provincial departments (units) on the high quality of office maintenance work and provide strong guarantees for the safe and efficient functioning of the party organs。
