The social hotspots are issues that are of general concern to society, involve major social events and the vital interests of the population and have a broad social impact, often linked to justice, social harmony and the well-being of the people. Improper handling can generate antagonisms and even social conflicts that affect social stability. Therefore, dealing withSocial issuesIt should be based on a multipronged approach, integrated governance, which creates the conditions for resolving social hotspots。
Articulation of current social hotspot problems
An objective analysis of current social hotspots. If you insist on talking about anything, you can solve any contradiction, not exaggerate, not shrink. The issue of moral culture is a hot spot for current public attention and should be assessed in two ways. The existence of a “moral crisis” in my country cannot be asserted either because of the depravity of a few members of society, or because of the emergence of moral models such as guo minyi, wu kiu-ping and zhang lili, which deny the existence of current moral problems。
The second is a comprehensive analysis of current social hotspots. They see both achievements and problems; the determination and courage of the parties and the government to address social hotspots; the complexity and difficulty of solving social hotspots; the problem is being addressed gradually; and there is a gap with the aspirations of the population. The implementation of real estate regulation policies by the state has, to some extent, inhibited excessive growth in housing prices, but regulatory measures have not been as effective as they should have been, owing to the resistance of vested interests and the availability of sufficient market liquidity。
Third, the current social hotspots are analysed with a development perspective and a specific perspective. The current social hotspots arose in the development process and would change as the stage of social development evolved, which could only be addressed through a transformative approach. If the income distribution gap widens, it emerges with reform and opening up of the market economy. The pursuit of efficiency in a market economy inevitably leads to differences in capabilities, efforts and remuneration among those with different resources, thus creating income disparities. To solve this problem, only the development of the economy, “cake-making”, can fundamentally raise the income of the population; only the reform of the system of income distribution, “cake-making”, can shift social wealth towards lower- and middle-income people. At the same time, different social hotspots have different characteristics and must be analysed from a specific point of view, taking a differentiated, case-by-case approach and obviating the “one size fits all” approach。
Reasonable treatment of current social hotspots
The rational treatment of current social hotspots requires us to confront reality and contradictions. There is no room for indifference, indifference or trivialism. Avoidance, cover-up and perfunctory of social hotspots can only deepen tensions, exacerbate problems and eventually lead to a total outbreak of contradictions. The communists should respond positively to the concerns of the population in a spirit of complete materialism, open to, and active in the face of social hotspots。
One is to overcome the negative mindset of the gruesome and bitter. Some blame the current social hotspots for reforming open and market economies. It was argued that the introduction of reform and opening up, allowing some areas and parts of the population to prosper, had led to a widening of the income distribution gap, and that the introduction of a market economy had led to a profit-oriented, money-oriented and a moral downturn. While complaining about the reform of the open and market economy system, some have spread their grievances over the party and the government, visiting and even inciting group incidents. This bitter and bitter mentality not only does not help to solve the problem, but rather contributes to further complicating social hotspots, making them more difficult to solve and delaying。
Second, there is the need for a multi-pronged approach to solving social conflicts. On the one hand, social hotspots should be treated with great importance and seriousness, with great responsibility for history and for the people, and should be committed, hard-working and proactive in resolving social conflicts. On the other hand, the complexity, breadth and difficulty of social hotspots should not lead to fear. We need to be cool, confident, clear-minded and figure out what's at stake. The problem is drugged, multipronged and integrated at minimal cost。
