This programme is being developed in conjunction with the actual situation in my county。
Objectives
Full mobilization of farmers throughout the county to grow oilseeds has ensured that in 2026, the area of oilseed production was over 775 million acres, and that the level of oil menu production continued to increase, achieving an average single production increase of more than 2 per cent over the previous year. The party leadership is actively engaged in the development of a demonstration field for the production of food and oil, with a large area of 500 acres for the demonstration sites for oil and vegetables, according to the main party leaders at the district level, and no less than 300 acres for the demonstration sites for the leaders of the district and town parties and sub-headings, respectively。
Ii. Scope of implementation

Implementation
(i) sources of funding. (iv) issuance procedures. The procedure for the payment of material assistance is based mainly on the commune/town people's government and street offices, which are responsible for organizing village-level mapping to verify the inventory of the area covered by the 2026 oil and vegetable cultivation in jiangkou county, and for verifying basic data, consolidating them and distributing them. The county financial authorities, the agricultural and rural directorates are responsible for the compilation and review of basic data, preparation of materials for procurement, evaluation of project performance, summary of work, etc。

Issuance process and timing
The people's government and the street office are responsible for organizing village-level mapping and checking the statistical inventory of subsidies for the actual planting of oil and vegetables in 2026, and for verifying, publicizing, distributing and distributing basic data. The district finance bureau and the agricultural and rural directorate are responsible for the compilation and review of basic data, preparation of materials for procurement and summary of project work。
Safeguards
(i) strengthen dedicated responsibility for the implementation of full-cycle closed-ring management. (ii) enhanced early warning of progress and forward control of nodalization.
