In order to encourage farmers and large farmers who are shifting land to grow oilseeds, family farms, farmers ' cooperatives, agricultural enterprises, etc., to actively grow oilseeds, to exploit the potential for expansion of oilseeds, and to increase the coverage of good breeding practices, the area and average single production of oilseeds in my county increased over the previous year, promoting increased production of oilseeds and ensuring food and oil safety. This implementation programme has been developed in conjunction with my district practice。
I. Mandate of work
The scaling-up of oil and vegetable production has been sustained, ensuring that more than 250,000 acres are cultivated across the county, with an average single production increase of more than 2 per cent over the previous year, through the promotion of key technologies such as good varieties, scientific fertilization, integrated pest and disease control and agro-mechanical services。
Performance objectives
1. Quantitative target: 250,000 acres of oilseed cultivation completed in autumn and winter 2026
2. Quality indicator: an increase of about 2 per cent in the average single production of oilseeds compared to the previous year
3. Time-bound indicator: 100 per cent of projects completed by stage
Cost indicators: 100 per cent flat cost control rate
5. Efficiency indicators: increased incentives for farmers to grow oilseeds
6. Indicator of satisfaction: 85 per cent of beneficiaries'satisfaction。
Implementation
(i) duration of construction
Project construction duration: february 2026 to may 2027, of which: programming completed in february 2026; procurement and distribution of materialization support materials completed by october 2026; planting and planting of oilseeds completed in september-november 2026; field management of oilseeds completed in november 2026 to april 2027; production and inspection of oilseeds completed in may 2027 and project summary。
(ii) implementation regions
Vegetable cultivation is carried out in the towns (streets) of the rocky streets, the town of the flat dam, the town of willow tong, the town of timu, the town of the rear hill, the town of anlo, the town of the sanctuary, the village of the caucasian, the town of the stone fields and the town of the clean-up。
Iv. Management of the use of funds
According to the circular of the provincial department of finance and the provincial department of agriculture and rural affairs on the early issuance of provincial funds for agricultural production development in 2026 (subsidy for the protection of agricultural land, enhancement of food and oil production capacity) (2026) document no. 14 grants my county $5 million for oil and vegetable cultivation in 2026。

(ii) financial budget

2. A budget of $9. 25 million was allocated for the purchase of 1088. 2 tons of raw lime, with a grant of 100 kg per acre, to supplement the activities of vegetable growers in the regions where there has been haematosis。
(iii) the form of the grant
The procurement of goods is organized by the county agricultural and rural directorates in accordance with the relevant procedures, and the experience is collected and distributed to the commune (street) where the project is being implemented. The integrated rural (community) service centre for the implementation of the project is responsible for identifying the owners of the implementation plots and farming operations, organizing the distribution of material supplements by the personnel and collecting information on the distribution of the materials reported. These include: the originals of the commune receipt, the retention of the documentation of the project material, which are submitted to the county agricultural and rural directorate for submission in accordance with the procedure; the lists of the village seals or distribution of materials, the documents of the public at the village level, the certificates of results at the village level, public photographs at the village level, the distribution of materials, etc., and the documentation of the originals of the rural (community) agricultural (community) service centre。
